2 months agoMy wife and I had a great experience using Brittany and Sarah from Sharon Q Realty. I really can’t say enough good things about them. They were professional, super friendly, and always going the extra mile any time I had a question or concern.We were recommended to Brittany by a family member who had just bought a house using her team. At the time, we had a realtor who wasn’t very outgoing, and we weren’t really enjoying the home buying process. When we wanted to see a property, it was hard to schedule. Most times they would try to just send a video or have us go to the open house instead of a showing. We believed buying our first house should be an enjoyable experience but we weren’t feeling that.
After our first call with Brittany that all changed. She is personable, understanding, and funny. More importantly, she is an expert in all facets of real estate. There wasn’t a single question I had that she wasn’t able to provide a detailed answer for. At every showing there was no pressure. If we didn’t like a house, it was always “on to the next one” with a smile.
They took our wants and “must haves” seriously and only recommended us properties that fit into that. Not once did they try to convince us into something that we didn’t think was a fit. Multiple times we were able to look at properties before they even hit the market.
It was more than just the “realtor” side she helped me with. If I had a question about early payments on my loan, she would contact my lender directly. She even got my interest down by calling other lenders and giving us details to negotiate with. Every single step of this process she was extending herself to make it as easy as possible for us.
We just closed on our first house last month because of her and her team. The house is more than anything we ever thought we could get when this process first started. I truly believe without Brittany or Sarah it wouldn’t have been possible or we would have compromised into something we truly didn’t love.
I can’t recommend Brittany, Sarah, and the rest of the team at Sharon Q Realty enough. They truly are rockstars and the best of the best. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends and can’t wait to use them for our next house!
