  Love this car wash. They even have a free bug station to remove those nasty bugs from the front bumper. Love that they provide towels to dry the outside of your car. Brett came to help me wipe down my car, He was so friendly . Love their membership deals, saves you alot of money monthly for washing your car!

  After many years as a loyal customer, something happened today that I cannot let go of and also caused my decision not come back. First they placed the carpets in the back incorrectly so they had to force them causing it to deform a bit. But that was not the worst, they broke the selector knob of my AC and nobody notified me, they just hid it so that I would not notice, which I noticed at the moment since when I got into the vehicle the function of sending AC to the feet was selected and I never use that, and when I went to change it I noticed the broken piece. I understand that it is part of the job that things sometimes break but it is unacceptable that the client is not notified and compensated for it. We are talking about a almost new vehicle with just 3k miles on it so there is no need for the owner to have to accept that the part just broken on a vehicle that he barely bought. I already try to place the plastic piece back and doesn’t works since the clips are broken.

  First time went in today easy to pull up my only complaint is the guys detailing my car left my car on while drying it I think they forgot my car was a push start 😥 other then that for the price I would stay away from wooden wash on ulmerton as there wash pads are extremely abrasive and will peel pain cuzibs seems to use a softer pad and slower wash tha. Doesn’t leave scratches or streaks yes I took a $60k Mercedes through here inspected it and 0 scratches so I’m impressed.
