I’ve been coming here for years.They got free vacuums! The drive through machine wash is normally pretty quick and they offer different levels of service from a basic wash to UV protection, hot wax and tire shine. And the end they have blowers to dry the vehicle. Not a spot was missed, I got the package with hot wax and was very surprised that it beaded so well. Car looked great! The vacuums were very powerful and well maintained. Overall the entire experience was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The wash is gentle on the pain. You can drive thru again if the weather turns bad after a visit. Ask for Big Mike if you stop by.

This time was different though. Unfortunately, where I park sometimes at work allows the birds to sit above my truck. I went through the wash and selected the $16 (top one) wash. When I got out of the wash, I went to the vacuums. This is when I noticed that my truck had not gotten very clean in several spots. I paid $20 for the works!
Top roller brush didn’t wash behind my cab rear window, nor wash top of tool boxes along top of rear bed. Dirty, green pollen on my white pickup. It should have rolled along the contours of my cab and top rails of rear bed. Tells me out of adjustment. The imigrant worker couldn’t understand me when I explained they had a problem.
Went to Granslam, $12 drive through wash with very thorough pre wash prep, and hand wipe down after drive through.

Picked up the truck later that afternoon, when I got home and inspected several things was wrong. From the sunroof forward never got wax, sunroof glass was not clean, driver side, passenger side lower panel and my grill never got any wax. My truck is black and chrome so it would not be difficult to see for the person or persons who detailed the truck. Took my van I. That had so much dog hair in it! Also had sticker residue from
Previous own …. decals that were removed and there was an outline that the dealer didn’t get off. Well Louis at Hugh and Jeff’s car wash removed all the dog hair and removed the residue!!!!! Also want to mention that the food was great! Their nachos can feed a family for $13!
Came to have my truck washed and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and the quality of the wash. I paid $55 to have my F-250 washed, and dried. They also scrubbed the tires and cleaned the wheels and also applied tire shine. They vacuumed the inside and gave it a good wipe down. I was very pleased with the outcome.
Enjoyed the patio atmosphere with my dog as we waited. Very friendly staff and accommodated myself and my dog nicely. The beer was cold and the cheeseburger was delicious. Thanks for outstanding service. We’ll be back again soon.
We never been here before won’t go back. We sat for 23 min before someone came to us. Then waited35 min for our appetizers. Poor service. Some of food not to bad. We couldn’t wait to leave. On scale of 1 to 10 with10 being the best i give them a 4. Was so disappointed, we were really looking forward to going.
Awesome place! Not only can you get your car cleaned, but you get your belly full! We’re here for an armwrestling event but if it was any other day I’d definitely get my car washed as we ate this delicious food! Bathrooms are clean and smell great on top of that. Food is great and for the price as well. I’m a big girl and can eat but not even I could finish my meal. Completely satisfied!
Heard so many great things about this place from every person I mentioned it to. Sadly none of those were true for my wife and I tonight. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant/ bar before. Then waited 35 minutes after ordering to get luke warm food.
Take away, this place just is not for us.
