Our card was placed on their file without our permission and was subsequently charged on May 11, 2023 in the amount of $32.99 which amounts to theft and fraud. Do not go to this facility and use your credit card. We had to cancel our card. I printed a copy of my credit card charge, took it the office and the man working said they would fix the error but it would be the manager who would take care of it after 11 a.m. After two days of hearing nothing, I went back by and was told flatly that there was nothing they could do since I did not have a receipt for the cancellation! I was not offered any such thing. The manager was concerned how a refund would look on his records, much more than his company’s reputation. After 4 contacts with the corporate office (zero response), I am out $29.95 for nothing…so, Whitewater stole my money from my credit card willfully. I am left with no recourse but to put the facts out there and report them to the BBB…! Hopefully that will catch management’s attention. I come here 3-4 times a week. I have their membership and very convenient to my home. The location alone runs great and the new staff they brought over seem nice, since the acquisition. They just added air pumps for tires which is super awesome.
My only complains that I miss from the previous company, it was easier to add additional cars to my membership. I came in person to do it, which is how I done it on in the past, but I was told to do it on the website. Website has no way of doing it and has an inquiry page. From there I asked to add a vehicle, but I was never contacted about it. I called, but the machine said it was a 35 minute wait… F-that! I’m not waiting. I guess they won’t get more of my money.

May be the worst car wash I’ve ever had. My car looks so bad after the wash. There were no towels or way to dry my car, once it air dried it looked bad! There was no one anywhere to help or ask about towels. I emailed the corporate office, bc I was charged twice for my car wash package and to let them know the one I got was bad, they responded they couldn’t help, that I should visit another location or go speak to the manager on site. There isn’t anyone on site except an employee whom helps direct cars onto the track. I was shocked at how the corporate office handled the feedback. I had to go somewhere else to wash my car.
I’ve been a member for almost a year, it used to be called Dream wash; since it’s been changed over to zip wash it’s gone downhill. They no longer do interior cleaning. After I went through the wash there was still bugs left on my car so I went through it again and same thing. So I went inside to let them know I just want the bugs off my car. I was told they longer power spray or scrub the front bumper anymore because one of the workers almost got ran over last week. I ended up going through the car wash 3 times and there was still bugs left the front bumper. I went back inside and cancelled my membership. Very disappointed.
I did the $15 wash & my windshield is still completely covered in bug guts. I don’t expect much from a drive thru wash, but normally it at least gets the windshield fairly clean. It seemed like it was moving us through really quickly & basically only rinsed the dust off the front/sides.
Greg up front was great with customer service and was very polite and welcoming.
My $15 “Gold” wash was lacking. Person that is supposed to do a soapy brush on the front/rear bumpers did a half-hearted swipe on the rear and didn’t even touch the front. I’ll be doing rework at home because the car isn’t that clean.
Disappointing.
Jade was really nice. So much so that I went ahead and signed up for a membership even though they only do exteriors. The actual carwash seemed to be better than when they were owned by a different company. I don’t know if they upgraded their brushes. However there is no longer anyone cleaning your front and rear by hand. But that’s okay because the PREVIOUS owners did a horrible job at that anyway.
