  This is what you get after being a loyal customer to this place for nearly 10+ years. I went in for the routine wash and vac I always get. My window had no damage prior to entering this place. After they finish washing and vacuuming, I notice the window is damaged and cracked. I spoke to one worker who told me to speak to the lady who works at the front desk. She tells me to speak to the individual who vacuumed the car then proceeds to tell me yes my window was cracked already prior to arrival when she does nothing but sit at the front desk for payments. The man who vacuumed my car told me I already had a damaged window while smiling the entire time to which I told him I did not. So now I must take this to small claims because clearly these people think they can damage cars and get away with it.

  I took my car on 5-15-2022 for a routine car wash. specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a Tesla. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. They scuffed two of my wheels as they were not careful with the car wash mechanism which guides tue car to the washing system. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and the owner said if I took him to court it was his word against mine. Stay away from this place as their service is not worth their prices.

  I’ve going here for a couple years, when I started going the work was exceptional. It’s been getting worse as time goes on. Went today and asked them to make sure windshield was well done not to leave streaks, (still streaky) they also didn’t do the passenger seat so I went back to the beginning and asked if I could use vacuum for a moment, the young man very rudely said “this is not a self service” If I knew I was going to be treated like this I would not have left a tip. He was very polite and asked me to come down so he can look at my car and correct the problem. I drive back and he looked at my car.   I recently moved to the area and was looking for a car wash. I found Victory Auto Wash on Google and called with questions. Cory, the manager, answered and delivered the best customer service ever! He shared a promotion with me and made sure I had all the info I needed for an exceptional customer experience. The brushless car wash was great leaving my vehicle sparkling! Then Ryan met me on-site with the industrial vacuum cleaner which I used to clean the interior (free of charge). At the same time, Ryan did some spot cleaning and made sure I left on an even happier note. Both the car wash and the team gave me the best experience ever.
