It’s a good self service car wash. I’m pretty sure it’s the ONLY self service car wash in the area. My only real complaint is that it cuts you off after about 10 minutes. The software for the monthly passes is problematic. It is generic software because I have the exact same problem at other car washes. Instead of using an app or having an RFID tag, it automatically reads the license plate. Apparently this works for most license plates, but not mine. If it is not bright sunshine, there isn’t enough light to read plates with low contrast (I have an IL Rte 66 plate which is partly brown, with black characters). This would be fine if you could update the plate # when you enter, but while you can *change* characters, it does not allow to add or delete. My plate has the standard 7 characters, but 2 are SS (sixty-six) vertically on the side, on the brown background. In low light, the camera usually can’t read these (sometimes only 1, sometimes none). So the software thinks my plate has 5 or 6 characters, not 7. Therefore I cannot enter my correct plate # and cannot use a monthly pass.Better lighting for the cameras would solve this problem. Then I would get a monthly pass and always come here. But since I can’t use the monthly pass, I go wherever is more convenient at the time.

Its too steep for the low clearance vehicles/sedans.Self Car wash was pretty decent for the price. But due to the steep exit way my car bottom was scratched considerably. Request the owner of this facility to take actions on this.

USE AT OWN RISK. On June 2nd, 2023, I went through Nascar car wash and their machine malfunctioned, propelling the car behind me into my car. Shortly afterwards, it happened to another set of cars. They admitted fault, but good luck getting them to answer your calls and emails to fix your car. They have 4 levels of washes and then 6 add-ons like ‘tire shine’ and others.
I chose the $10 wash and added a tire shine for another $2. $12 wash and my car came our really clean.
They also have monthly plans where you can get as many washes as you want.

This wash is a drive through belted wash. Just put your car in neutral once you get on the belt and enjoy the light show. Dogs and kiddos enjoy the show going through the wash and the car comes out nice and clean. They have stations for vacuuming and cleaning and also options for additional cleaning service. Monthly pass is around $32 and you can wash as much as you want and get half price on a second vehicle. The kids who work here are just wonderful and have such good customer service skills. When a $3 car wash turns into a $500 car wash.
They claim no responsibility for damaged cars, and the wash did just that — it damaged my car.
I’m all for local businesses and used this wash frequently until recently when I took my car through and noticed my side mirror had been pushed backwards. It popped back into place, no big deal.
Then I noticed the piece that goes over the key entrance on the door was missing. Then the scratches.
My car is not old and it was not in poor condition before going through the wash. The piece from Mercedes to replace the key cover on the door handle is pricey, and the paint for it is even more expensive.
After talking with some other locals, it turns out it was not just my car having issues. I’m unsure if something is out of alignment or what is going on, but I’m really upset my car was damaged.
So my review is use with awareness that these things may likely happen to your car, or take it down to the touch less wash down the street.
It washed my car well but somehow I believe due to the water pressure it ruined my number plate which i didn’t even know that was possible.
I am one of the few who has sustained expensive car damage, owner refuses to call back I must go to carwash and receive knowledge second hand. The pressure PSI took paint off the rims, I know it appears dirty, but that is after the carwash. The explanation I received is that is was an older car, I said yes it is, but the rims were in great shape before the carwash. I have an expensive truck that is new, would he have taken responsibility or would I hear another excuse.
Look at the pictures of the damage to other peoples vehicles, they have it much worse than me. I would stay away and go to a place that will have the courage to admit the damage was caused by wash and not be the cowardly lion and have all information second hand.
Lastly, I use and want small businesses to thrive, but not if they have these ethics.
