Had a ton of gift cards I had received over the years for this place so decided to get a complete detail. My car was a mess inside (2 teenage boys). I had really let it go over the winter. Coffee stains, crumbs, dirt, dog slobber, scuff marks, sand…a real mess. They did such a fantastic job, it looks like a new car inside! I’m so thrilled with the job they did. I found the manager, administrative assistant and the guys who detailed my car to be very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend their detailing services. Awesome car wash. great staff. Multiple options at affordable prices. Most of all, FREE VACUUMING 🤗 this place is definitely one of my go-to spots for detailing my cars for my businesses.
Great place. Fast and easy to get a car wash. The wash itself supersedes most any other wash I have been to. My tires always look great after I’m done. Met a manager and he was so friendly and convinced me to get unlimited package. Lovely gentleman.
Gaslighting, reverse accusations and refusal to take responsibility…
After borrowing a family member’s car for a period of time I wanted to get it detailed prior to returning it to them. Big mistake.
1. Splash cleaned the interior of my car on a Friday, took a reasonable amount of time and upon first glance getting in the car everything looked good.
2. I brought car to the airport to leave for family to pick up upon their return on Saturday. Upon them arriving they noticed that the vent controls were broken and found small pieces of plastic on the ground that looked like someone had tried to put them back together but failed.
3. On Sunday I returned to Splash to fill out incident report. Weeks went by without any response.
4. Multiple phone calls and outreach later I finally was able to speak to someone. I sent pictures of what happened and explained the situation. I was then told that Splash “has no equipment that could have possibly done this damage. It must have been previously damaged.” I was told that I had no grounds for a claim and they refused to take any responsibility.
5. See pics attached and tell me with any reasonable explanation that this was not done when an attendant was wiping my vents and dash. Not to mention, explain to me how pieces of plastic from the vents appeared on my floor AFTER the car was cleaned…?
Simple mistake, I do not believe it to be intentional at all…but the damaged is going to cost me $900 to replace the vent housings. Instead of doing the right thing, they decided to accuse me of damaging it and double/triple down that it was not possible for their attendants to do such damage.
It’s 2 small plastic clips that could easily be broken off by someone cleaning my dash and vents. Pretty awful and dishonest practice by Splash. I’m disgusted.
7-7-23 for a $19.99 oil change. Forget the names of the 2 men that serviced my car,but, they both went beyond my expectations for car safety. Told me 1 disturbing thing about a problem, they explained it to me,asked them if they could fix the problem,yes they did,even showed me the problem part. If a rating was available,it would be 1000 % satisfaction. Thanks Again. I’ll be back.
