  One Of The World worst Car Wash i have ever Experienced . Paid for the top program, Went In and out with the same dirty car.
  People who are working there have absolutely no customer service. They are only looking for a fight when you share your Complaints and they have even told me “show us what you can do” .
  This will end for sure at the Better Business Bureau and Claim Court, for the rip off there, but also for the rudeness, disrespect and attitude.

  My car was filthy and I decided to get the $16 Platinum Wash. I told I hoped to drive through and that I hoped to come out looking like a NEW BMW. We laughed and he said. “If you need to run through a second time come back around it’s free and part of our service!”
  So I did and man that got my car sparkling.
  My new favorite car wash now.

  The car wash is a big help with our busy schedule. I wish the tire shine would look like it actually applied something to both of our cars. We pay for the gold car wash.. See attached picture and you decide if the tire shine actually worked. Other than that, be careful when entering/exiting the wash. The attendant tends to crowd the cars too close together and when exiting the wash several cars nearly get into rear end collisions.

  Please manage this process better. If cars are not pulling out, don’t continue sending more cars through causing grid lock and possible rear end collisions when exiting the wash tunnel.

  Wash was ok, but the wheels are never clean and the protectant leaves a rough film on everything. I wish i could get a wash WITHOUT the protectant. The other complaint is the BLACK water in the drying area

  Wanna know if you got a good car wash? Look at your rims first. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a car wash that cleans up the car at first glance but then start noticing how poorly it was washed, especially on your rims, when you get home. I’m sure we’ve all been there, that’s why you’re reading this review. Rims are the most overlooked at and tedious things to wash, so yeah chances are the person washing your car is being lazy. Can’t blame him though, because we’re all a little lazy. Not this place. Lazy isn’t in their vocabulary. Being a car guy who babies their car, it’s hard to find someone to trust. That trust was earned the moment I pulled up and met Vic. He first greeted me with a gaze of appreciation as I pulled in, admiring my car and goes on about what a beautiful car I have. Huge plus for me. He broke down exactly what I needed, good wash, clay bar wax and all the good stuff because it was pretty dirty. All at a surprisingly reasonable price. So I was sold, I knew my baby was in good hands. About an hour later, I return and my jaw hit the floor. I could see my car shining from 100 feet away, especially from the rims area. First thing Vic said was “you got a real beauty here, and we wanted to make sure we take care of it.” I looked at the rims and he laughed saying “we’re not like other car washes.” He knew and I loved that. He then walked the car with me and told me to brush my hand on the paint to feel how smooth it is, felt like a brand new car. You can clearly see how much they take pride on their work. He even showed me my exhaust tips that were once black, looking brand new and shiny. Then he said next time I come by for a wash I won’t need such a heavy wash, just a basic one because the clay bar will hold for some time. Can’t say I’ve ever heard a place tell me that I wouldn’t need a premium package every time I come in because they honestly just want your money, and probably won’t remember you. Not Vic, he actually looks out for what’s best for you and your baby. He told me he was a car guy and showed me his ride, and then it all made sense. You want a great car wash? Take it to a car guy. Plain and simple. This is my new spot.

  They did a phenomenal job of cleaning my car. From start to finish, it was impressive to see the level of attention and detail they looked at to ensure customer satisfaction. I had the opportunity to meet the owner of this establishment, and he assisted me in giving the proper service for my car and was happy to answer any questions I had moving forward. Despite being relatively new, my car started with layers of dirt, marks, and a few leaves near the front view mirror, but it soon transformed into the vehicle that I bought on the first day.   Vic was very professional and made my car shine like new. My car was affected by what he referred to as acid rain that contaminated the clear coat over the entire car. He removed them completely and gave back its black beauty. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this business whether you need just a car wash or complete detailing service.

  I really like using this place for detailing once or twice a year. It is well worth the price. When you come back and pick it up, you will be blown away by the job they did.

  My car looks great, and I did not have to spend half a day doing it myself. The owner takes really good pride in his work, and you can tell just from talking to him about your car. I had a few scratches, and I did not expect he would try to do anything with them. With pre-authorized extra charge, he got rid of most of them. He also volunteered to touch up the others, if I bring him the paint from the dealership.

  I also like this place, because the owner comes across as just a good guy. These services come a dime a dozen, so it does come down to a vibe for me when dealing with the staff of such a place. I like going here because of the way the owner and the staff make me feel when I do business with them.
