I used to like this car wash but they never shine my tires even though when I pay, the guy puts the tag on my dash telling them the tire shine was paid for. Will NOT provide full service paid for. This is the third or fourth time this has happened and it seems to be my experience that they are very kind and pleasant towards latino customers but very short and rude with white customers. This was my first time going to this car wash and I have to say I’m impressed with the speed, accuracy, care, and dedication they put into getting my vehicle done I definitely recommend everyone to go here you will not be disappointed at all I will definitely be going back here to get my car clean and wash only if places like this was rated between 1-100 hands down I definitely giving them 100%. Also this is a family business which makes it even more better I appreciate the wash guys and like I said I’ll be back soon.
I went to this car wash because I thought it was really good and I saw reviews that they were. I got a full detail and tints all around. I paid 500 dollars which was money down the drain. They did a horrible and I mean a horrible job. All they did was wipe every thing down on the inside and just a simple wash on the outside. There was a stain on the headliner of the car and stains on the carpet. When I brought the car back I asked him did you clean the headliner he said yea which was a lie because the stain was still there. I asked him do you steam the carpet he said yea which was another lie. The tints were pealing on the two back side windows and it was not properly cut. I would never ever bring my car back or recommend this spot to anyone. If they do not know you personally or if you do not have any fame to your name they do not care about your car.
Someone swiped my car when they were leaving a spot. To my car to Jays and they had my car looking back good in 24hrs! Highly recommend if you need scratches or anything fixed to them.
Today I had 2 of my vehicles serviced by Jays. One a complete detail and the other new tints as well as a wash with complete inside cleaning! He’s the best and did both in a quick amount of time. Highly recommend!!!
