I would give this place zero stars but that’s not available. Drove with my nearly new Palisade and the roof rack and box multiple times through and never had an issue. The machine ripped it off the roof, dragged it across and scratched the entire roof. Box got cracked in a few places as well. After starting a claim they assured that they’ll take care of it. Person who stated that was Jesus Cobra, apparently one of the managers. Customer service is garbage. They never answered any calls after being on hold long. This is ridiculous. Will file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and get legal help to solve this matter. I hope no one goes through what I’ve been through. Cars are put in too close together. Attendant’s do not always monitor tunnel. There is no automatic shutdown of system in place in the event of a stopped or stuck vehicle that will result in vehicles slamming into each other. This will happen until an attendant can manually shut off the system.
Our vehicle was slammed into the back of it 3 times before the system was manually shut down.
Superstar denies responsibility because a vehicle 2 cars in front of us had to stop to keep from running over a roof rack that the car wash ripped off the vehicle in front of it.
Our vehicle was severely damaged.

They allowed the vehicle with the roof rack to enter the carwash. There is inadequate spacing between vehicles. They fail to have an attendant monitoring the tunnel at all times, and yet, they claim it is not their responsibility as another driver braked to avoid a ripped off roof rack from damaging their Tesla.This company has zero ethics, morals or integrity.

I went there was a muddy truck in front of me and it went through I went after that truck. I asked the kid there Hey is it OK if I go through? He said yes so when I came out of the car wash I noticed my car was full of mud. So I asked them can I go again? They said yes so I went through the 2nd time. My car was still full of mud so I got off my car to check in and it was all scratched up so I told the kid there Hey look. My car is scratched up so he made a report and never heard back from them. I called the corporate office never heard back from them. They kept giving me the run around till this day. I haven’t heard anything my car is ruined. I have a 2020 accord. For a newer built carwash this place has promise but huge room for growth.
Several of the included amenities are frequently “out of order”, wash seems rushed and not thorough compared to other locations and brands, and check in machine issues.
What is got going on for it is the towels, double vacuum styles, tons of after washing parking spaces, and it’s location.
The compressed air has been consistently out here and the fast pass / license plate reader fails. As a result I have to wait for staff that’s busy doing other work at this understaffed locations. Without the compressed air sprayer several trouble spots of my ride has water spots a streaks from the rushed wash n dry. This will be my last visit here and switching my membership to the more affordable competitor down the street.

Incredible service! Joel helped us out and gave us a great deal on getting the full detail with ceramic coating. Cannot even believe how incredible it turned out. Jesus did a beyond incredible job. There were so many off roading scratches that you can no longer see. We are blown away. We will not only be back but we will highly recommend. Thank you guys so much.
UPDATE3: CORPORATE EMAILED Me ,asked if I got a accident report from location,which I did got my copy,if they got theirs WHY ask me if I did?,then after a a couple pix emails she says DENIED,They have video of my plate but not of damage/No damage,if they had proof of damage they are hiding it or camera ” didn’t” see it . SO AS JUST LIKE THE LOCAL STORES THEY DO NOT PAY. UPDATE2: Went to location Ivan mgr claims I broke it Not their wash and denied my claim.. LIARS….unless they make this right,there will be consequences! UPDATE: Wednesday 4pm see* Usually great wash,but today came in 445p full serv wash,freebie and all good till get home to dry off water spots they always miss,cars design.. and I find my right taillight broken and dent on qtr panel .. fubar.. they are closed by time I found it.*UPDATE: TOTAL RUNAROUND.. Great business. Mike and Jesus are great. My wife and I have been taking our cars to various car washes over the last 20+ years and they are BY FAR the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They always take great care of us and the job the rest of the employees do as far as details and just regular washings are great. No issues. And both of us are very particular about the cleaning of our vehicles. Look at my truck, just got it detailed there. Would highly recommend this place of business and make sure you ask for Mike or Jesus.
It was our 40th anniversary We decided to go get our car washed before we went out for dinner. The attendant for superstar car wash talk to us into having our vehicle detailed and a coating put on that would make our car look new. We told him we did not have time and he said no problem you could use it anytime and I’ll give you a free car wash today. So we went ahead and purchased a rather expensive detail buff out for our car/truck. The total was $720 it would include the outside buff detail work and coating, the interior detailed and the engine detailed compartment. As our car was getting its free car wash I spoke to some of the attendants doing the work and I said how excited I was about getting the full detail on the vehicle and how the attendant said it would look like new. They told me that it would not buff out because the paint was too faded and the clear coat was gone, so I’m getting mixed messages from the guys that work there and the attendant. After paying the $720 which the attendant sneakingly wrapped the gift card with the receipt which says no refund how convenient. I called the store to request my refund because I have not even used the gift card yet and she said we do not give refunds you’ll have to talk to corporate. So I called corporate and told them my situation , she said she will take it up with the management and get back with me. This process will take 2 to 3 days in the meantime I let my bank know! I do not like a business that does not offer refunds to their customers when they never even performed the services!
I’ve been using this car wash for years and the service has always been somewhat inconsistent. I went through the wash the other day and a new employee, Jacob, working the line was fantastic! He was super engaging and friendly without being pushy at all. He answered my questions and made me feel like I was making the right decision. He helped me choose the right plan for me and his service was amazing. If SSCW hires more people like this, they’ll have my business for good. Keep up the great work, Jacob!
