This is a really nice outlet mall. It’s not very big and so it doesn’t take long to get around, but there’s a good selection of stores, they’re all nicely spaced out and there’s plenty of parking spaces. I’d come here again.

The store was very quiet and easy to navigate. I found everything I wanted and the staff were nice especially the lady on the kiosk.

Good Superstore for clothes, electricals and all other food and homeware items. Also the bonus of having nectar points which can add up to pounds or discounts.

Sainsbury’s in Gloucester: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

When shopping at Sainsbury’s, there are certain rules that customers should be aware of to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Here are some important rules to follow:

  • Wear a face mask: As of current guidelines, it is mandatory to wear a face mask while shopping in Sainsbury’s, unless you are exempt due to medical reasons.
  • Follow social distancing: Keep a safe distance of at least 2 meters from other shoppers and staff members. Sainsbury’s has implemented measures to facilitate social distancing, such as floor markings and one-way systems.
  • Respect store limitations: Sainsbury’s may have restrictions on the number of items you can purchase, particularly during times of high demand. Respect these limitations to ensure fairness for all customers.
  • Pay contactless: Whenever possible, use contactless payment methods to minimize physical contact and reduce the risk of transmission. Sainsbury’s accepts various contactless payment options, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Follow hygiene guidelines: Maintain good hygiene practices by sanitizing your hands regularly using the provided sanitizing stations. Additionally, avoid touching unnecessary surfaces and refrain from handling products unless intending to purchase.
  • Be patient and understanding: During busy periods, there may be queues to enter the store or longer waiting times at the checkout. Practice patience and understanding towards staff members and fellow shoppers.

While it is important to adhere to the rules, there are also some things that you should avoid while shopping at Sainsbury’s:

  • Hoarding or panic buying: Do not engage in hoarding or panic buying, as this creates unnecessary shortages and affects other customers’ ability to purchase essential items.
  • Shop responsibly: Buy only what you need and be mindful of others who may also require essential items. Avoid unnecessary purchases and consider the needs of the community.
  • Ignore store instructions: Follow any instructions or announcements provided by store staff to ensure a safe shopping environment for everyone. This includes following any requests to queue or wait in designated areas.
  • Disregard safety measures: Do not ignore safety measures such as wearing a face mask, maintaining social distancing, or sanitizing your hands. These measures are in place to protect both customers and staff members.
  • Engage in unnecessary contact: Avoid unnecessary contact with others, such as handshakes or hugs. Keep conversations with staff members or fellow shoppers brief and to the point.

By following these rules and being considerate towards others, you can help create a safer and more enjoyable shopping experience at Sainsbury’s.

  1. Bought a meal deal on 24/08/2022 and opened a bag of crisps and ate one – taste was awful so I checked the sell by date – it was 13/02/2021 – 1 and a half years old crisps on the shelf!!! I am hoping I don’t get food poisoning…

  2. Fresh fruits, vegetables, very good quality milk, dairy. Tu clothing does very nice design and styles with quality stuff. Very good customer service

  3. I went there today and I asked him a simple question. That was, can they help me work out? What I need to get for a meal deal? And the guy with very polite, and they’re very helpful. Would I recommend this to other people? Yes, I would. There’s also a car park there as well. It is disabled friendly because even the toilets had pictures, not letters.

  4. Huge store with a good selection of varieties. There is an Argos within the store which is helpful. Plenty of parking.
