I stop here for a touchless wash probably 3 or more times a week. It has to be the best car wash I’ve ever went through. Never had any damage to my car, and it always comes out looking shiny and brand new. The staff really pays attention to detail when you first pull in. They get all the cracks and crevices manually before sending you into the automatic part. I now have the unlimited wash card, and for $50/month you can’t beat it. This place sure does offer a quality wash, and the friendly and experienced employees are a huge plus. Highly highly highly recommend.

Still a lot of dirty spots so went over to the area with rags to try to get some of the dirt off and an employee informed us that it’s only for the express members? Other than that the only good thing is it didn’t make any scratches like the others. Will probably not go back. There have been two times this year I went to Rocket. The first time was this spring, right after I got a brand new vehicle and it was dirtier after I left then when I pulled in. The entire back seat and door were splattered with who knows what. I went home and had to scrub it 3 times to get it off. I was out cleaning it when my husband got home and he said “why don’t you take it over to Rocket?” I said “I did and look what happened!” Needless to say I had been cleaning the car out myself since then. With it getting colder, my husband being a loyal customer bought me a gift card, said to go back and give them a chance and share my feedback while I’m there. So… I go in, ask to speak with a manager. I give him my feedback, which seemed to fall on deaf ears. He did say he would make sure to check it over when they were done. Wish I could share pictures. When getting back into my vehicle, I look around and notice the back was not vacuumed out, paid extra to have the floor mats cleaned and they were still dirty, dash and vents dusty, door handle dusty, counsel between seats dusty, drivers door jam still dirty. Rather than going back in to give them additional feedback, which obviously meant nothing in the first place, I went home, took a few minutes to finish it up myself and am sharing my feedback here. Maybe I’m old school and have a few expectations that when paying almost $40 to have your vehicle washed and wiped down that it should be clean – especially after giving feedback about the previous experience. I will never go back and will not recommend Rocket Auto wash to anyone.
I purchased their Eilte Plus car wash ($40) and they did not vacuum the inside of the car, or the empty trunk. When I got the car at the end, I had to drive it to lane 3 (self serve,) to vac it myself. To be fair, the cashier did offer to have them do it, but I said I’d do it myself. They never applied theg tire shine, and drying was cursory – The car ended up with dried white spots on both sides. Not worth $40!
Paid $40 for the package that included cleaning the seats. As my kids had muddy feet on the back of the seat. When we got in the car we could tell they didn’t wipe down the dash well or at all but the vacuumed and cleaned the mats so I was just going to let it slide. When we got home we realized they clearly didn’t wipe down anything including the muddy foot prints on the back of the seat. I’ve attempting to contact them via email with no reply.
I usually LOVE this place, always so friendly. But they have gone down hill and im not a fan. Paid 30 bucks for the interior/exterior cleaning and i get back in to a dirty car. I had to pick my son up from a school so i couldn’t go back and ask them to fix it, ( also they were busy so i wasnt getting back in anytime soon). Ill probably try again someday, maybe not idk.
Really gone downhill since Silverstar took over. Service was poor. People sat in my vehicle on their phones instead of cleaning the interior. I had to clean it myself the next day. They say 100% satisfaction but people are on schedules and don’t have the time have their vehicle redone 3 times to get it right. The building looks empty. The inside is no longer inviting. I will be using Hamilton Touchless from now on and cleaning the interior myself. At least it’ll get done right that way.
