Good luck. The coffee machine is sometimes on, sometimes off, and is often out of cups, sugar, milk, etc. No bags provided on the odd occasion the bakery has any items. Staff are nowhere to be seen and the tills usually have problems…

The facilities are trash. Takes on average 5 attempts to pay on the new card machines. Poor staff have to deal with inadequate equipment. Pathetic for such a big store name to be frank.

I was in the store tonight at about 22:00pm and the guy behind the counter with the beard was very, very rude and saying to me snidely “it’s alright, it’s alright” etc as if I’ve done something. He doesn’t even know a single thing about me and I’m obviously living in his head. What a pathetic employee you have. If I was him I would be embarrassed if I live in his head that easily.

Parking in front of the place is small and I have been injured and ran over my foot leaving it badly crushed and fractured

  1. Nice spacious Tesco, clean, nice staff. Shame about the *people* who sit outside. Decided to eat chips and sausage outside the Tesco when an old man (obviously high on god knows) came and stole the sausage off of my 6 year old daughters food tray. He continued to wave the sausage in her face before eating it. Shameful these people shouldn’t be walking the streets otherwise great shop

  2. I don’t normally shop here but we were here on holiday and had booked for the first time ever a Tesco online delivery to the holiday apartment. I was annoyed to start with as the driver came 15 mins early and stayed 1 minute past the booked time and I missed him. But the revelation was that after speaking with 3 customer service staff the later being very helpful it was past the the manager of this store. He tried to get the shopping back out on another delivery truck but this was unsuccessful, so this manager who in my opinion deserves a medal shut up the store at closing time and then drove out to deliver our shopping, I can’t thank him enough he turned a sour situation into an incredibly kind deed. I can’t thank you enough and you went above and beyond.

  3. Just Went Into The Tesco, Swansea Marina.
And I Was Served By This Lovely Staff Member Named, ‘Tracey’.
She Actually Left What She Was Doing To Help Me Out And Showed Me Where It Was.
I Say All That To Say This; When You Get Someone To Assist You In This Kind Of Setting. It’s Refreshing!

Thank You ‘Tracey’ And Thanks To Tescos For Your Customer Focus Training! WELL DONE 👏 ✔️ 👍🏾 👌🏾 😀

    From A Very Happy Customer 😊 😃 😀

  4. The parking system is completely nightmare!!! If you park there for over 60 minutes then it’s crazy because non of there parking machines are working outside the store!!!!And even if you are lucky then one find one is working then the shopping receipt will not work!!! You will have to get another voucher which doesn’t comes in self checkout!!!! It’s better to not go there instead go in retail park where you can get two hours of free parking without any hassle. The management should reinstate the previous two hours free parking which was without those hassle. This parking hassle may reduce their business in coming days.

  5. Good size store. Very busy as you would expect. 2 hours free parking, but second hour must be validated with a Tesco code (minimum spend in store £3). Don’t forget to collect the key code receipt as it is printed separately to your shopping receipt.
