Good place for shopping daily needs. Staff are friendly. Cleaning to be improved. Clothing section is limited.

There’s been literal feces on the back of one of the toilet doors of the mens bathroom, since Christmas now. Not to mention all the graffiti in both the stalls containing hard slurs for all the kids to see. Most of the staff are nice enough though.

Nice, large store that has been well maintained. The staff is super helpful. Several asked me if I needed any assistance which was great. They have all of the normal brands and a lot of more premium brands too. My only critical feedback is that the shelves were not very well stocked but I did shop on a Sunday afternoon..

Tesco in general are way behind on quality. “Finest” with poor ingredients. Chilled meals only require reheating anyway. Not 5 or 6 mins on full power. Thus destroying any remaining vitamins!

Overall a well run Tesco with generally friendly staff. Through the week it is quite a quiet store for its size, weekends are so much busier. Makes sense as it’s located in a retail park . Parking is good with plenty spaces always available and the access off Hermiston Gate roundabout is very easy. To the rear of the store is a cafe, personally I never used it but looks fine .

The self service machines only accept card and they don’t ever have someone working on the normal tills for people paying by cash or who can’t use self scans.

A decent enough Tesco in the middle of the town.

It’s important to follow these rules to ensure a positive shopping experience.

  1. I only one member of staff on customer services with a queue 10 deep! She was doing a great job. Everyone waiting for 15mins+. Did not look great that the member of staff in the currency exchange was playing on her phone right next to the queueing customers.

  2. This Tesco’s has everything you need under one roof. It is open until midnight. Ample parking, plenty of baby spaces and disabled spaces. Well laid out store so even when it’s busy it isn’t a crush. Has a photo booth, photo print machine, lovely selection of flowers, homewares and a brilliant selection of food. Staff are all friendly and queries are dealt with promptly.

  3. Third time when buying a salad take away there is no forks or spoons. When asked at the customer service they just say: sorry we have only knifes. Seems like it is too difficult task for them to organise forks when having a big selection of salads. ….

  4. No gluten free products available in cafe only high sugar bars very poor for the largest supermarket chain in UK.
They have gluten free products in shop how difficult is to get a loaf of bread from store below.
