2 months agoLOL I brought my Jeffrey’s from Toys R Us Oh my God, that was so funny oh yeah about The place it’s very fun once opened a packet of sweets and I ate one lol Oh yeah, the video on Tesco is on YouTube3 months agoWas in the shop on Thursday first we had to wait so long to be served and this member of staff name Abiola on name badge was so rude(not the first time treating customers like this). I told her I want to pay for the clothes first as I didn’t want to leave them on the belt as they might get dirty, she said leave them on the belt. When I asked her what was the total, she reply with an arrogence “you have to give me a minute, am not finish yet” she was going on and on. I told her why she was she stretching that so long as i ask her a simply question, her reply was again in her style “i am trying to explain to you ….” i work in retail and i know our main focus is customer service . Sorry to say but your staffs need training on customer care as customers are always right2 months agoGreat for a small quick shipping because of the self checkout tills, but when using a trolley there’s always just one till open and the wait times are too long. Most other local shops quickly open new tillsa week agoGreat place to do my shopping at very good prices and it has a little bit of everything, congratulations.5 months agoI’ve recently started food shopping here , I’m not one to potter about shops lol I like to get in and get out with my groceries . But no matter what time of day it is its always buzzing with people and I’ve never seen more than two checkouts open at any one time . It’s not like ye don’t have the customers . This needs attention

3 weeks agoThe shop was busy on a Sunday afternoon, but availability in fresh food aisles and produce was poor. Missing price labels everywhere, and products on promotional ends that were not on offer. Only 2 checkouts open so obviously the queues were down the aisles and then the operator was so slow at scanning that it must have taken 20 minutes to get served. Looks like Tesco have just given up on delivering any type of customer service and are happy to make as much profit as they can. I usually use the delivery service which is great, the drivers are friendly and I get most of what I want every time. I think I’ll stick to using it in the future as this visit was not enjoyable in the slightest.5 months agoIt’s a great shop but those self-checkout tills need to go. I’ve seen a few arguments at them and you feel like a thief the way you have to show your receipt to get a tag taken off. If Tesco want me to serve myself then don’t check if I’m a thief or not before I go home2 months agoLisburn’s very own popular Tesco Superstore! Large parking area with Banklink. Practically everything in-store to meet family food and other shopping needs. Cafe, Toilets, Coin Star Machine and Tesco Mobile Phone Shop. Handy key cutting hut also on site. Always busy and a real retail asset to the City.5 years agoI go here quite often. Most of the staff here a quite pleasant. The butchers and the deli are great and always helpful and friendly. It’s quite a big store and you can get most things here. Loads of free parking and a filling station and do it yourself car wash right next door. There’s also glass recycling and some secondhand clothes bins up the back near the click and collect. And local busses and taxis right at the front door.2 months agoAbsolutely lovely experience here tonight. Ann Marie, lovely lady who didn’t ignore a customer needs and went above and beyond to help. Thank you, Ann Marie! 🙏
