10 months agoReally good,customer service department are always willing to help,some staff at self service checkout are always in a mood,not freindly,but the morning staff with short blond hair older lady is very good and always willing to help and soooo polite. I like how the staff put put the strawberries.4 months agoWaste of time! Placed an online order at £70 they rang me on the day of delivery (only two day between ordering and delivery) and said it had gone up to £120. Luckily my card got declined as I only had £90 in it or they might have taken it otherwise. Order cancelled and tesco boycotted from now on. Stick to aldi and asda.2 months agoDislike the fact there are now more self serve tills than till operators,constant queues!! Some of the self serve staff are constantly running up and down to assist customers,if this is saving money it’s frustrating for customers who want to be served!!4 months agoAn excellent location that you can reach in the quickest and shortest way, competitive prices, available goods, very good customer service, friendly and understanding staff, and most importantly, a large, spacious and safe car park. 4 months agoNot a particularly big store and one I find quite gloomy and dour. There’s no cafe and they’ve moved the lunch stuff (the only reason I visit) a couple of rows back further into the store. Petrol station attached. There are hardly any trolleys available in the trolley bays near the entrance of the store, and there are NEVER any small trolleys available near the entrance, which are what most customers want.Customers have to walk around the car park to find trolleys, including elderly and disabled customers, and customers with babies and small children. This is not great considering car parks can be dangerous, especially in gloomy, wet weather.
Why is Tescos giving discomfort to their customers and putting their customers and their kids in danger of being knocked down by a car?
If Tescos valued their customers they would make their visit as comfortable and carefree as possible. They would NOT make them wander around the car park looking for trolleys. They would NOT make things difficult for elderly, disabled, vulnerable customers and customers with babies and small children.

9 months agoUse to buy Jameson whiskey from here but unfortunately now they don’t seem to be getting it in. Very dull and gloomy atmosphere in here, only good for eggs, milk and bread etc no world foods like the other Tesco stores have. some lovely staff though.

Carol, a staff member whom is on the chill department (reduces prices) is very rude and racist. Whilst reducing items kept passing them over to a white lady (I don’t know if she was family/ friend) when I reached out she shouted at me to move back. Very disheartening
Rude person serving on the till. Didn’t even read out the bill or ask for a clubcard, just had a face on throughout. A milk carton leaked and she didn’t even bother to help. A lovely lady from the neighbouring counter infact stepped in.

Tesco mobile shop Canal road Bradford brilliant service as always. Helped by Tosh who has helped me before, took the time to update my phone and always patient and helpful. Will not go anywhere else now. Highly recommend.

Big shop floor, lots of choices, but rather expensive. Make sure you have a Clubcard before you go in order to get some respectable discounts.
Great parking and great experience. Check out options are awesome. Staff is very helpful.
