a month agoRude and incompetent staff after we’d reached a hurdle I wasn’t to blame for. Slightly surprising when you’re the one paying for service… would be nice to take some responsibility.Don’t recall ever having problems at a fuel station before, but there’s a first for everything I suppose 🤣
The station is also [in]consistently closed at night time, previous reviews re their misleading ‘24 hours’ are indeed correct.

a year agoWent to get fuel for work at 8.45,15minutes before closing time on Sunday evening at Tesco Riverside . Wanted to use my business fuel card. When I got to the pump it stated that it was pay at pump or kiosk however the staff had closed everything down so you could not pay at kiosk, lights of and all 4 staff members standing having a gab putting of time When I went in and challenged the earlier closing than what was sign posted on the kiosk entrance was told they needed to cash up and be back in the main store for 9pm and they were shutting earlier due to staff shortages I pointed out there were 4 of them on the premises, at which point I was told that I had all day to fill up by the gentleman at the door!! Turned he was the stores duty manager 🤣2 months agoNot open 24hrs. Didn’t open on time at 0600 either.

Cannot believe the people of Dundee you would think this country has came to a stand still shame on you, you forgot the 2 extra pallets off toilet paper 😂😂😂 You would have thought there was about too be a World War III well done tesco staff for there hard work they for sure must see some belters, keep up the good work guys and girls 5 star review just a pity I could not get what I wanted because of greedy people.
Good sized Tesco, plenty of stuff inside to buy. Their new store lay out looks good. Didn’t have to wait in line before entering and it wasn’t too busy inside. Also nipped to the toilets for a quick penny to spend and they were plenty clean enough without any odd peopl hanging about inside
staff are always helpful kind, people who work in the cafe are also always kind, helpful and friendly. toilets are disgusting they are that bad that sometimes you can’t even use them.i find that where the coffee machine is it is to close to the papers and magazines and is always dirty at the back and a lot of spilled hot coffee.
What kind of a big tesco has one cash point on the whole building and nothing in their petrol station. The only cash machine was out of order and I was in a rush for an event, a worker told me he would be about 10-15 minutes if I was okay to wait, I waited 20 minutes, he still wasn’t done, made myself late and didn’t even get the cash I needed 🙁
