3 weeks agoNight staff have no manners sitting on the self checkout scales very rude with an obnoxious attitude. She also tried to justify the fact that sitting on the scales was okay. Tesco do yourself a favour and reduce the night staff as they got no job to do rather then just sitting around chattering.They rather carry on with their conversation then to help a customer out who is struggling & waiting for help.

a month agoVery rude ‘customer support’ staff. Arrogant Asian man with glasses who ignored all my attempts at asking him a question and then proceeded to walk past me pretending not to see me. I stood there for a good 5 minutes while he was having a laugh with someone on the phone, then when I managed to find a moment to ask him, he looked right at me and walked off. I was shocked. When I asked why he ignored me he said ‘whatever’ under his breath and walked off again. I have his name and will be taking it further.3 months agoMassive thanks to Julie (H?) for going above and beyond to help me while I was having the day from hell with my borderline feral toddler. She was helpful, friendly and professional. She’s an asset to the store and definitely made a difficult day easier for me. I couldnt thank her enough5 months agoI had home delivery today. No substitutes so its great. (I used to order at another big supermarket but half of products were out of stock or substitutes). Food quality is good and meat taste better than from most cheaper supermarkets. Everything on long dates, fresh veggies etc. Only one issue – no eggs or big size tomatoes at online order but I had it from my local shop instead.

a month agoPulled off the motorway to use this place, open hours set by the business within the last few weeks said midnight yet clearly it was closed at 22:15. Poor management.5 months agoGreat grocery shop with everything you need for the most part. Shelves are always well stocked, and they have a half decent variety of product with most items.The staff are quite helpful on the floor, though it always seems the checkout staff are pretty miserable with some carry a nice helping of attitude.
Prices are pretty average for a Tesco, and there is easy parking outside the shopping mall. Their shopping trolleys require a pound for use.
10 months agoA massive store that does everything ~ clothings, cafes, glasses, haircut, home stuffs, garden stuffs, DVD/BluRay, foreign holiday money, general supermarket stuffs & etc.Store provides hand sanitiser, wipes and cleaning sprays to clean trolleys. Store is always clean. As store is very big, don’t feel overcrowded.
Staff is always polite & helpful.
Plenty free parking with time limit.
3 months agoI won’t be shopping here again. The last time I was there, the wheel of the trolley I was using locked up as I was exiting the self checkout area causing it to slam into my abdomen. An employee and a security guard came over but only seemed to be interested in examining my receipt before walking away without any explanation or making sure that I was okay.3 months agoIt’s bigger than you think, two floors, one it’s a clothes floor and the main floor is Tesco itself. Staff are friendly and professional, pricing on food is good and the layout of the store is alright.

WARNING, POD POINTS DON’T WORK!
That store itself is fine! Never had any problems! But Tesco I BEG of you, if you have electric car charge points that don’t work PLEASE, PUT A SIGN ON THEM!
no ‘out of service sign’ no yellow tape nothing! I arrived with a long way to go and very little charge, if there was an out of order sign up I would have made other plans! 😩
THAT being said I do not think it’s the responsibility of the store to take care of them or make them work and I’ve never had problems inside. Just please, for the love of mercy, put up an out of order sign! 😭🙏
Good size and have many products. Unfortunately, staff at checkout were not that friendly and even rude. Maybe just single incident or bad luck but quite upsetting already. And, even you want to address it to someone by email, Tesco may suspended their email address already, just to avoid any complaint or I just can’t find it.
Had a great shopping experience here. Great variety of merchandise. It’s a really huge store as compared to aldi and Lidl. Prices of some of the items are higher compared to other competitors.
Bakery section: Their almond croissants are to die for but gotta grab them before they run out of stock. The Cookies are just average, need improvement, they got better ones at M&S for the same price.
I strongly suggest them to add, if applicable, a V or vegetarian friendly remarks, which is missing on their bakery products.
Staff arranging the items were very helpful and attended to my queries with patience.
They have got halal fresh chicken and halal frozen items as well.
Minus one star as you need to do better in price matching with other stores.

TERRIBLE TOILETS! I know you don’t go for the toilet facilities but these are gross. Mentioned it online and via the phone and this time mentioned it in store and was told “we’ve no one in to fix it, the last time someone complained there was nothing wrong” and then the staff member walked off. Gross every time I’ve been. Toilet roll and rubbish on the floor along side what I hope is water, things sticking out of the sanitary bins, broken toilet seats, smudges on the wall ….then there’s the smell. Today was the best I’ve seen it and still gross
Today when shopping at this Tesco store I ran into problems paying for my shopping. This wasn’t Tesco’s fault, it was my fault. But the help I got from staff was beyond excellent. They were so helpful, I’m gobsmacked.
