This petrol station is out of diesel once every two weeks. Whoever manages it is absolutely useless. There’s some overweight woman who has worked there for years and she is the laziest employee I’ve ever seen. Spends hours putting two boxes on the shelf and continues personal conversations whilst making customers wait. Worst petrol station in Peterborough sadly well located

Out of Diesel pretty much 70% of the time I attempt to fuel here… Totally unreliable and can’t depend on this station at all.

Why is the price if your petrol hidden. Its not on the board visible from the roand and its not on your website. Surprise surprise even on the FAQ no one asks the price of your petrol.

Not open 24 hours, only 6 am-10 pm. And in the last couple of weeks often the entire station is closed because its run out of petrol and diesel. Avoid at any cost!

I and my colleagues work on behalf of a contractor for ikea new click & collect service located at tesco werrington.

We are located beside of the petrol station forecourt in the main car park operating 6 days a week Monday- Saturday 8am – 10am / 4pm – 6pm Possibly a Sunday but unsure the times.

We all here to help you to deliver a first class service where you as a customer don’t panick how your goods don’t fit in your car.

They had what I wanted. The only issue was it was busier than expected. Probably because it is holiday time and lots of people are off work looking after children, going shopping when normally they’re at work. I still got served in about 5-7 minutes which is tolerable.

Why are the management of this store supporting the bullying of vulnerable staff members? The bakery is particularly overrun with this behaviour – the “cliquey” and juvenile conduct needs to be addressed immediately. It has been reported to the personnel manager several times over the years but is still occurring. The staff in this store need to realise everyone they work with has to be treated with kindness. There needs to be a thorough investigation and those responsible for the appalling behaviour should be disciplined. With the way things stand, I will NOT be shopping at this store again because I don’t support bullying.

A very clean and tidy store with a good range of produce The staff are very friendly, especially those on checkout. It is a pity that more could be spent on the run down area.

  1. One of the largest Tesco Extras I have ever been to. Located conveniently, the supermarket makes very good use of the available space. The biggest plus it’s that one would not feel cramped in the place as the aisles are very wide. The Japanese section is very good and at a reasonable price.
The plan few closes say 12 am on all nights except at Sunday . This is very handy and one shouldn’t be worries about shipping late as u you are now likely to get fresh stock as the staff start restocking at about 10 ppm.

  2. Really annoyed today, this store has a large clothing section, I needed new clothes for a job I am starting. Walked around and had about 10 items but the changing rooms were locked. I asked a member of staff who just shrugged and said ‘we don’t open them anymore ‘.
What happened to allowing people to try before they buy? I always find different stores clothes sizes for me differently and was prepared to spend a fair bit of money on what fit me. I put it all back on a shelf and walked out down to Next. Who can afford to buy stuff, take it home to try and and take back for a refund/exchange if it isn’t right? I won’t be shopping here again.

  3. We have been doing our weekly shop at Tesco, Hampton for a long time. We have found the Customer Service get worse. Their online shoppers park these wherever they want. They are rude pushing in front of shoppers, too many in one aisle (some chatting to each other). The prices of products have gone sky high. They say they are price matched to Aldi that’s a lie. Their disabled parking is a joke ( does no-one monitor the car park. Many found in these bays with no disabled badges. I am taking my business elsewhere. Tesco you are a disgrace.

  4. The Sunday opening times are terrible. 1600 is when I get out of bed on a Sunday for shopping for the week. Lol
It’s always a rush and it seems I’m not the only one, looking at those still trying to get into the shop and get stuff last minute.
And the staff turn into the Gestapo at curfew. 🤣😂🤣😂
Other than that it’s a great place for shopping.
