3 months agoThe smell here is appalling. I can only compare it to a sewage works. I went once before and thought it must have been a one-off, but i visited again a month later, and if anything, the smell was even worse. The worst of the smell seems to be right where the fresh fruit and vegetables are. I genuinely had to walk bavkout and go elsewhere to shop. I notice many other reviews say the same thing, why has nothing been done!2 months agoEntrance to the store smells like an open sewer and has done so for months. I won’t shop there again. Good for locals to shop and in good local area.4 months agoClean tidy and plenty in stock can get busy at times this store also has scan as you shop and self serve has a pharmacy and phone shop aswel as travel money counter outside has a timpsons and plenty of parking

2 months agoAn average petrol station. The individuals serving at the counter tend to be polite and helpful, the site is generally clean, and there is a reasonable variety of goods within the shop. However, it is being seriously let down by a few issues. The main issue is of course pricing. This used to be one of the cheaper petrol stations in the area, but has since become one of the most expensive. On one day in particular, Sainsbury’s was 1p cheaper in Worcester, while petrol stations in Hereford were 8p cheaper. The door is annoying. Should have an automatic one. Staff are OK. They’re always talking to one another and tend to ignore the customers at times. A good range of products. Some price matching going on , but always check price per 100g etc as some ‘deals’ can be misleading.
Always use Tescos for most of our food shops. Everytime we’ve been its been clean, tidy and helpful staff.
Following frustrating use of Tesco Mobile app regarding a faulty sim ,attended this store today and was dealt with by Emily.

Came in on Saturday , i’m new to the area and wasn’t familiar with the layout of the store . I was lost and i couldn’t find the laundry detergent i wanted so asked this lovely young woman who i believe her name was Milly and she helped me with a smile on her face . Fantastic service
Good for most grocery shopping. My only complaint was that they didn’t stock their own brand of Assam loose leaf tea when I called in.🥺
