My Travel agent is Luis. I searched online and after being so disappointed with the routes and pricing, I reached out to Luis and he accommodated me with the best price and the best route. I had a problem at the airport (passport issues)and was unable to fly out on my original travel date. So I called them because at the airport they were so not helpful. And I quote, “I don’t want to do any work if you are not going to buy from me.” He was a bit belligerent. I am planning to trip to Paris, and clearly told him I wanted to stay as close to the Eiffel tower as possible. A few minutes later he replied with, “I don’t want to give you a price of you don’t know where you want to stay.” Near the Eiffel tower idiot! In an industry that’s almost dead, I can’t imagine he had many things to do. He agreed to call me back after 15 mins with prices. I am extremely disappointed with this agency. My mother called to inquire about a flight to Mexico City on November 25th 2017 at 1:47 pm. After spending a few minutes with the representative Norma my mother explained she will call back to make a definite decision. My mother did not hang up the call right away and heard Norma said ” Estupida” in spanish ( Stupid). Then hung up. The owner of this agency should send his employees to a customer service seminar because this is unacceptable. After years of purchasing flights from this agency. My family and I will no longer continue business with this agency. It is of the most disrespect the behavior of this employee. No one should be treated this way. No one’s mother should be treated this way!

I didn’t like that a trip that I made often the most I’ve paid is 520.on my last trip in August I was charged 940.+I had to pay 35. For my carry on bag ..which is usually free
