- Reviews:We use to love this location but lately all the self checkout lines are very very long and just 1 or non of the regular checkouts are open. Then after standing in the long self checkout line you find out the machines don’t take cash bc they are broken or only 1 or 2 will accept cash making you have to wait longer. However I mainly go for oil changes for all 3 of our vehicles. Oil changes are 15mins and have no problems with the service yet. So will raise from 3 stars to 4 bc of that. I waited outside about 30 minutes then I went into the store to purchase the mulch. I was told there were no younger males available to help me load mulch into my vehicle. I am a 90% disabled veteran and it was very painful loading this by myself. Also, attached are two photos of a young able-bodied male who could help me, but he was on his phone. Also, Security watch me load my vehicle as well and they said that they peso in multiple times. Although I know it’s not their job to help. Expired food again. This time the meat was visibly rotten. The whole one row of salami looked like this. Also, attached is the oat milk. Instead of getting rid of the expired oat milk, they just rotated it to the back.
Don’t place an online order for delivery. When your delivery doesn’t arrive and you call the store. The ASSociate said that don’t deliver to hotels. Then was like you can just come and pick it up. When I asked to speak to someone that knew how to help I was on hold for a few seconds and then hung up on. Called the 800 number and got refunded. Everything except the tip. News flash the credit card used allowed me to zero out the tip. Okay the distribution center did gift card me for my trouble. But I see why folks go to ?.
Not crazy about Morse road period. The store looked cleaner and brighter. Greeters were pleasant. Workers seemed like zombies. They were not friendly or helpful at all. Ample parking because it was before 10 am
Customer service is really bad. I asked an employee for a videogame for my son and was sold the wrong one and when I tried to return it they wouldn’t take it back because it was opened. Now I’ve seen many open boxes returned to Walmart many times and i spent 30 mins trying to explain to the unsympathetic employee that they sold me the wrong game, and i was unaware of it til got home. They were rude and basically told me that there’s nothing they can do and i pointed to their sign regarding customer satisfaction and return policy and they said it’s not their problem.
The Gentleman who runs the Electronics Dept was so kind and super helpful. I needed assistance in his area with a phone charger. I also needed to buy a jug of cat litter that was unreachable in Pets Department. He got a ladder, went to Pets Department and retrieved the cat litter for me! He definitely deserves to receive Employee of the Month!
