Best quick quack on this side of side valley. Better than both the Herriman and the south Jordan one. From the customer service to the way the car gets washed it’s noticeably different. I have 3 vehicles on the plan and this location is the smoothest and quietest. The brushes don’t slap any of my cars hard, not even my truck. It’s also very quiet in comparison to the others. When I got there we waited a few to minutes to get into the tunnel because the lady in front of us was having some issues getting in and situated. Once it was our turn we got loaded in and started going in. Less than a minute later the lady ran into the front of my car. I was so mad.. but Madi really help our situation and dealt with it wonderfully! She checked my car to make sure that there wasn’t a lot of damage and made sure that it wouldn’t happen again. I’ve had a monthly membership for years and years for both of our vehicles, and the quality of the wash keeps getting worse every time we go. I understand washing cars is not a fun job, but you should take pride in what you do regardless of the job. Very rarely do we get bug spray on our car and we always go to the car wash because our cars are dirty. Their previous employees used to spend a good amount of time cleaning your car off before going through the car wash. And most of the time their employees are pretty efficient.
Lately, it seems like they have all their new employees working on the same day and they don’t know what they are doing. They stand around, they don’t spend much time on the cars.
In the past there was a constant flow and the workers were in sync. Now you have to wait forever to get through but they aren’t short staffed. Quick Quack in Providence is the best! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They always greet us with a smile! Having a membership there is my favorite part of my adulting life. It’s the best mom-life hack, too. Grab a drink and head through the car wash. You get a minute to chill, your kids are entertained by the lights and bubbles and you get a clean car out of it. Win, win, win. Shout out to Berlin to always being so friendly and making my kid’s day when she draws on their window! My favorite subscription/membership I have and always a highlight of my day.
I really enjoy Quick Quack Car Wash. Their staff is always so friendly and kind. I really like the free vacuums too.
The only thing I wish they could do is automate the subscription check-in process.
