You get almost an entire wash before you even enter the tunnel from the helpful attendants, and then at the end they dry your car properly, taking care to note all of the little crevices and parts of the car that might be missed by other washes.
The best part? They are a lot more affordable than any other wash I have used, and even nicer. I cant recommend them higher.

The vacuum bays have plenty of space also. Theres attendants also. So, if you have any issues theres someone to help. I did a wash and drive off, unfortunately the equipment had grease from previous vehicle and left it on mine. In addition, so much soap used the rinse didn’t take it all off and back window a mess. Fast and Friendly Car Wash used to be great, but has quickly gone downhill. They used to have brushes for their customers to clean bugs off the front of vehicles, but they removed them. They recently increased prices and then stopped providing dash wipes, microfiber towels and air fresheners. They are charging more money but provide the customers less. We just tried to use the car wash but the machine said our automatic membership renewal failed. The guy passed us through and asked us to come into the office afterwards. Apparently they were just bought by a new owners and they are juggling between software systems. Somehow the expiration date of our card on file was changed. As I was completing the forms to cancel our membership, I learned that the license plate for one of our vehicles was also changed. I have no complaints against the employees who have always been very friendly, but the new owners have a very steep learning curve in front of them.
Purchased the $20.00 package with all of the extras. The car didn’t get clean. Noticable issues with equipment in the car wash not working. Not even sure I got what was included with the $20 wash. Air nozzle next to vacuum not working either. I have given both Maricopa locations a chance and not happy. Lack of maintenance is evident at this location. Driving to Casa Grande or the Valley for a better company will be in my future.

I purchased the $18.99 All Weather Protection wash. Only received an air freshener and dash towel, not the Microfiber Towel. The gentleman working the line was distracted by a coworker and not wearing a mask. The car didn’t get clean with all of the extras included with this wash. Small issues, but overall the area was clean and organized around the vacuums.
pass doesn’t work at all locations. Have to get somebody to do it. There are no brushes to scrub bugs off. They removed them. The employees could do it. Ran my car through 3 times and maxed out for the day. Still had bugs on the car. Vacuums are a joke. Air hoses barely work. Unfortunately clean freak isn’t out in Maricopa yet. In and out of town you hit a gazillion bugs and the two car washes they own don’t have brushes to scrub them off.
really wish the scanners worked better. 10 cars in line waiting for the reader to allow them to pass. Also I have a newer model silverado and my mirrors (factory equipped) hit an arm on the machine on the driver side and the blower dryer on the passenger side. This is unacceptable. I will only go to the one by Walmart from now on. The one by Dutch brothers isn’t as good.
I recently went in to the location on John Wayne Parkway on 7/3/23 to update my license plate due to this location now using plate readers instead of the RFID tags. I was told that I needed to run my debit card to update the payment system and the funds would be refunded by 7/7/23. The system charged my account $34.99 which is not my membership amount (I have the family plan and pay $67 a month) I have not been refunded as of today 7/11. I go in with my other vehicle which is on my family plan and for the 100th time the system states my membership is expired. The location manager comes out to the kiosk and states that I need to run my card again. I explain they already owe me a refund from the prior week and I am not running my card again as there is no reason I should be billed 3 times a month to update their system and wait for 2 of the payments to get refunded. I ask why a different amount was charged and not my family plan amount of $67 inwhich I was advised the family plan is going away so the monthly amount to get the same service will be going up to over $100 a month for my 3 cars. I requested a corporate contact phone number and was advised there is not one he can provide and that I need to reach out by the website. The website is currently down as well and it will not let you submit a request to contact them due to the CAPTCHA missing. I have gone back and forth between both Maricopa locations ever since the original car wash was bought out roughly a year ago and absolutely nothing has been done right by this company since the buy out!!
