I came here today and all the self serve bays were occupied so I decided to use the laser touch free automatic wash. Paid $14 for the highest wash. When it was time for the polish protect cost it only went down the driver side not all the way around same with the rainx coat. Car is still dirty as you can see from the pics! This car wash is open 24*7. It’s all automated and the place is well lit. We did the automatic car wash. It cleaned our car but it was a bit expensive. One negative was the water smelled bad. I would definitely suggest cleaning it by yourself, it wouldn’t cost that much. There are a good number of cars when we went around 8pm. Over all a great place to clean your car if you are around College Park.
The touchless car wash is a joke and an absolute waste of money. I still have the hand prints from before despite paying $12 for a wash! The car doesn’t look any cleaner at all. Look at the photos and decide for yourself
Update: I was refunded the money for the touchless car wash. I used one of the self-serve bays and I was very satisfied. I’m always using the self-serve bay from now. Also, appreciate the quality response from the owners in making this right.
I had a good experience here with the touch less car wash, however my car is not really clean. There seems to be leftover soap scum or something on the car as you can see in the picture. I’m not sure really what it is but it’s all over my car and I got the most expensive package! I’m not sure what happened.
I have visited previously for the automatic car wash and it was just ok, so this time I went for the self serve. The cost for a basic wash was around $10. I was a bit lost and the friendly attendant Raphael (oh gosh I hope I got your name right) was there to help me out. I really appreciated the help. I will be back because the self serve really had my car looking amazing! Thanks =)
Tips for a successful visit – bring a card or cash, a friend, and some patience (lines can be long).
Probably one of the best car washes I’ve been to. (not that I go around rating car washes) But this one left an impression on me. It was well kept and organized and BUSY. There was a worker there today, not sure of his name or title, walking around interacting, guiding, and helping when needed. They have a good selection of vending machines and vacuums as well. I think I found my regular car wash!
