Avoid at all cost. The worst experience ever. I visited this place for oil change. The person changing my oil didn’t speak English coherently. All time I said was “Regular oil, please”, then ending up adding some fancy additive to engine protection, which cost me additional $15. I was so furious and when ask for help to cashier person, they laughed at me that I wasn’t able to understand what person changing my oil said, instead of helping. The cashier person even told me that “it’s only $15”. But it’s me paying it not him, you can get another car wash with $15. So helpless. I will never come back to this place. So furious. I purposefully waited until the workers walked away from my vehicle to attend another’s and got the full picture. I too had to grab a towel and finish off the job because there was still water in the door jambs, trunk corners, fuel door, license plate area etc… The price I paid for the Super Extreme Shine was reasonable. Went to this car wash first time. Car was not very dorty. Took the 24.99 super wash which supposedly included undercarriage cleaning, polish and tyre polish. They did a very poor job. Bird poop was still stuck on the trunk and windscreen when they handed the car to me. Did not wipe the water down. side skirts did had dirt on it. Did not even clean the sideview mirrors with water marks on them. Disappointed. They just drove the car out of the wash to the corner and told literally in 3 minutes that it is done. I had to point every spot to make them clean it. Only positive thing is that it was quick.
My car was washed great.
But when I got in my car. The compartment where I keep my glasses was open. I always keep a few dollars in that place. So when I got into my car, I realized it was open.
My Cash was going? And this is not the first time that this is happened to me at this location. So take everything out the car you would not like to be stolen.
I truly hate thieves. Unfortunately, they steal things out your car. Not the service that I want. I feel violated!!!
Could be a better service with wiping down the water after washing, but they crew is fast and the prices are better than the competition in Manhattan, the distance between two plays a role in the $$$. I have been here multiple times. I would recommend it, you get what you pay for, there are many options for your budget to consider.
This is my goto place for an oil change for over 20 years. It’s quick. They check everything and speak to you prior to any authorization. You also get a free car wash with oil change. They have a variety of options, including membership and sanitizing.
I spent so much money in this location and take my car for a car wash twice a week and I definitely will not be going back. As many times as they don’t clean the inside of my car as requested and paid for, I keep going back giving them the benefit of doubt however after seeing how my car how it looked after today I won’t be going back. Everyone that has a car that I know in the neighborhood tell me not to go there for the same reason. Lesson learned this car wash won’t get anymore of my money.
