What I do take issue with is trying to find someone, just make eye contact for two seconds! to let them know that the produce case is leaking and they could use a wet floor sign and there’s no one to be found! Actually there are staff people everywhere but they flat out refuse to help. They don’t pay the lawsuits. But to be to by the woman messing with her phone and sitting on a stack of salt that she can’t take are of it because she’s gotta PUNCH OUT IN A LITTLE WHILE is really annoying for obvious reasons. He says eight. So I asked another girl what time it was, it wasn’t 8 yet so I suggested to the kid that he finish his shift working and he eventually helped me. I’m sorry but customer service is nothing like it used to be, when I am getting dirty looks from a worker because I turned my cart in front of them and they had to wait for me, a paying customer, to walk by. Needed assistance at the self check out, of course and the woman that walked over to help us was rude. No greeting, when I told her we accidentally scanned an item twice, she scoffed, I thanked her and she walked away without a word. They have Kool stuff in the clearance isles, and they also have nice clothes with good prices on them. Christian at the PickUp Center is a total lifesaver! My order on the app totally bugged out and I couldn’t pick up or cancel the order. Christian took the time to not only check the order room, but when seeing that it wasn’t there, told me that they’d start preparing it now and that I could pick it up later today. I asked 3 different people for assistance at jewelry counter within the course of 30 minutes. Just ended up standing around with 0 help for absolutely no reason. I just wanted to try on a ring to see if it would fit before purchasing. The individuals I asked for help from were polite, but couldn’t help me. A team lead was even told that I needed help and nobody showed. I don’t have time to stand around just to have them unlock the case for me to try on a ring. I should also say, I was here 2 days ago trying to do the same thing and recieved the same service. Get it together.
Support me i need more food help us grow and we can be deacevd for a call at the end of his life he was traveling and ran into the road because of snow and he was doing well.
I don’t mind self check out if I have a few items but if I have to buy groceries self check out sucks. What happened to all the trained cashiers that bagged your stuff with expertise. I’m not the only one who has to be feeling this way. Fresh fruit is a nightmare. If it doesn’t have the little sticker on the orange & you try & look it up, good luck. Never knew that many types of oranges could exist. Seriously. See for yourself.
