- Reviews:I visited the Auto center at this location on this morning and the service was poor. I sat in my vehicle for about 20 minutes while I watched the employee look at me several times but never came to give me a ticket for my vehicle. This is the second time that I’ve visited this specific location and received no acknowledgment from employees. I usually visit the location on Craig and is always satisfied with the promptness of the employees. Great visit at this Walmart Supercenter, the shelves were reasonably stocked, check out was great, staff was friendly and this store was clean.
Went for a simple buzz cut. The razor kept snagging on my hair. I think it needed to be sharpened. If that’s the case, then I’m grateful that I didn’t get cuts. Not much consideration about keeping the cuttings from getting in my eyes. After awhile I started to wish she was less thorough. Then she charged me for a shampoo. I didn’t get a shampoo, but apparently it’s part of the deal. Why wash hair when it’s all coming off? I’m angry about having to pay for a wash. So I gave the minimum amount to tip. At least tell customers what they’re going to be charged for beforehand.
Sad Experience….pictures says it all…Customer Service center…Really? Walmart website says Money Center closes at 11 pm, they close at 8 pm according to management Amanda and Q…sad sad sad…
Had my oil changed and shopped while waiting. It did take an hour, but over $35. less then others. Very nice rep named Brian and check out woman, very sweet too.
Charleston and Decatur.
I get that Walmart has decided to lock certain products. Theft has made it a necessity. Unfortunately, the process of getting what I needed was inefficient. There seemed to be only one person for multiple aisles of locked items. It was more convenient to leave and go to CVS, where what I needed wasn’t locked.
