Walmart is a hypermarket that offers a lot of products, which include groceries, household products, electronics, etc.. I think the reason why it’s so popular is because the prices here are noticeably lower than other supermarket chains. It also has this warehouse feel similar to Costco. But with low prices, there’s always a catch, and that is, the Walmart experience may not be the best for some people based on different factors. Also when checking out, they don’t accept apple pay and require you to download their app, which brings me to my next point. This was my first time at a Walmart and I didn’t notice that apple pay is unavailable. However, there was one Cashier and I think her name is Mike and she was so patient with me. She doesn’t make me feel rushed at all and tries her best to make me take my time. Instead of making the customers behind me wait even longer, she set me aside while I get my payment method ready. She was also very helpful and told me how to pay up using the app. Once I’m done, she becomes charismatic with me. I would suggest placing a reminder to download the app if customers are used to apple pay. I had a long list of items to purchase on this particular trip.
Unfortunately, it was cut short because this store is always way to warm inside. I wear a mask in this store just because of the warm atmosphere. By the time I left, I was completely drenched in sweat. Made for a very unpleasant experience. Is this done on purpose ??
Isabel at customer service was very rude and starting arguing and cursed at us over an exchange, she lied and said they don’t do exchanges like what!!!! Theirs a sign right behind her in this picture. Walmart needs to do better I will call corporate and let them know because. Don’t shop here !! Go to target better
It was OK. It wasn’t very busy or crowded. Being a native of Texas, I always joke of how large our stores are compared to Cali, but any area I’ve visited they take pride in how the store looks!
The employees lie about delivering curbside, and say there is no one at the vehicle…when cameras are in the lot. Cant call because no one will answer. When asked why the service is so poor and why my curbside said it was picked up when I had still been waiting in the lot… I was told to shop at Target.
