Clean for walmarts and the employees are awesome! I don’t go that often but the greeter somehow remembers me and always is enthusiastic! They are well organized and you can ask any Walmart clerk were anything is and they are able to pull it up and give me exact directions! As usual, I think I’m only going in for 1 thing and end up carrying more than I can handle around the store. I was by the coffee isle when a very nice man who was helping another young lady stock some shelves saw me and immediately went to get a cart for me ! This again was at 10:30 pm when most people are tired and probably don’t want to be bothered but these two employees went out of their way to help me . I was very impressed with Biloxi hospitality. Pharmacy is very slow and pharmacist is not helpful. I pick my time for parking and overall shopping. The self checkout is terrible, I don’t need a second job. I came to purchase a 65-inch TV, but I left because not only was the TV out of stock(Questionable), but the sales rep had an attitude and was not helpful. I asked if she could check the availability at another location, and she told me she couldn’t. I realized I had the walmart app and found the TV at the Southaven location. I shop very early (6-7am) but I still like to have help checking out. The Gulfport Walmart store has a lot more items than others but they don’t have checkers open that early. I don’t like buying much there for that reason. It takes me twice as long to get through the checkout. I prefer Pass Christian, they have at least one checker open early.
Quite busy, parking within a normal range of the building is a challenge, the select of food & health products was good and a very nice selection of summer wear. First one I’ve been in quite some time that had ample registers open for checking out so for that I have 2 stars.
I went to the Gulfport Walmart Supercenter on Route 49 for a Grocery Curbside pickup order. The young man who brought me the order was courteous, professional, and very fast about his work in putting everything safely in the car, and sorted out fragile items for the front seats. Got to keep those eggs safe. This Walmart also carries Great Value chocolate bar and Great Value Caramel and Nougat candy bars. Can’t get them anywhere else in the area.
I went to buy a few things & get cash back to pay my rent as i have for the past 10 months. I only needed 400 vs the 600 i usually get. It took all i had not to cuss this employee at the super on. 49 in Gulfport. Nancy is her name. Rude !! We are post pandemic and she was in my personal space so much so i could hear her breathing ! I lost my sister to Covid so im VERY aware of people in my personal space & she was all up on me snatching my receipts out of the printer slamming them in front of me stating i was holding up the line & this was not an ATM. This wont be the only time i complain about her disregard to keeping her distance being post pandemic, in people’s personal space & obviously unhappy with her job/life heavy breathing ,rude ,self !! It was near closing time on Wednesday the 7th of June. Ya , Nancy , I hope you see this !
Stop in while passing through Gulfport for some small items for our vacation. GPS directions were slightly off but we could easily see the Walmart signs. Store seemed on par with the ones I use in TX. Quick checkout and good interaction with the 2 employees up front.
