Twice in the last month I could not get a cart so I had to leave. The first time there wasn’t even a regular shopping cart. They also took away the benches during pandemic and never put them back and I can’t even sit while whoever is with me can shop, so we both have to leave. Employees can be very rude. They have two lanes open at any given time and full self checkout. Always a long slow line on returns. However, the prices are usually better than our local supermarkets and their produce is almost always fresh. Good luck finding help when you need it. Typical Walmart I’d give 4⭐’s except my 1st time there to use The Money store was terrible!! Extremely long slow lines w/only 2 windows staffed & the 2 cashiers had to assist one another w/transactions effectively only able to assist 1 customer @A time (ftr they did the best they could)
I don’t know but this location some of these employees aren’t nice . Don’t smile don’t greet you when you come in or leaving. Some of the cashier’s aren’t either, the lady at check cashing there is ,Two of them I like always nice when I see them . This store needs more friendly and better customer service staff to interact with customers better . Some of the other store are ok the curbside service staff some nice workers and again so e don’t thank you just puts your groceries on the truck and walk away ?♀️
I love going to this Walmart. I always find what I am looking for and the store is always clean. The checkout has mostly been painless.
Have had delivery from this store number times. Past few times whoever you are using to pick the items needs to be taken off this position permanently. The last time I had to go into the store to find out returns had to be done at 1800WALMART-The Produce was BAD!, Today 6/19, I had foam board delivered to be used for a presentation the one that is suppose to be extra heavy is thin as the other and looks like it’s coming apart and scratched up!! The time before last, apparently some items not available I was not notified, I asked driver he said I had to contact store. This really defeats the purpose of ordering online so I do NOT have to go in to store. If people do not care about their job get out of there-where’s the customer service aspect??? To a point I do not ever want to use Walmart again especially Whitehall.
Could always count on good old Walmart. Loving that they don’t discriminate age, race or gender, but seriously, you HAVE TO put more efficient people on the registers ESPECIALLY when you only have 2 registers open and the lines are blocking flow of traffic. Speed it up please
