It doesn’t seem like it would be such a big deal, but it somehow made the experience all brand new instead of routine. The pet section is huge! I was quite impressed. The lines were long, as always; however, I hardly noticed the wait because it was as if there was no wait due to the checkout process moving at light speed. What stood out for me was that super nice employee Chad. He was awesome. I heard he was fired. That’s not awesome. I like that my credit union is connected and there is a McDonald’s. Prices and variety of product is decent. For the most part this facility is clean. I was amazed that juice, snacks, and coffee was being served for free during Black Friday. The only real drawback is that it’s super busy and only has one set of self checkouts, so the line always gets very long. I am only able to get the size of diapers my daughter needs at Walmart. So I went in and I also needed to get pull ups. Well they were on the top shelf where I was unable to reach them. I find an employee close by and they then told me to go to customer service. So I went there. Nobody was at the counter at first. When they finally got there, they called back to someone to ask if they could assist. She then said that person would meet me by the diapers. So I went back there and waited for 15-20 minutes and nobody came. I finally just ended up going to the furniture section and getting a barstool so I could get them myself. Absolutely ridiculous just to get one thing. If you don’t want to work there I get it I wouldn’t either but then find a new job. Bought this snack tray expecting to eat it in the car, and didn’t check the date first because it looked okay! Opened it up and was hit by the NASTIEST smell, and when I checked the use-by, it was over a WEEK out of date. However, the employees were super nice about giving me a refund, and helped me despite the fact that the customer service counter was closed.
If there’s cops outside of the store that means Sharon is working. She’s the one that likes to call the cops for no freaking reason on brown people. Also, Good luck give a step into this Walmart and hope not to get yelled at by her for no freaking reason also the employees get treated like trash by her. How is she the hiring trainer still? She ‘ll yell at the employees in front of the customers ask. any of the employees about her. Nobody likes her. I get the problem is when you’re in the store and she calls the cops on you and the officers are the ones apologizing it’s getting ridiculous. like the police department knows who she is already. Why are we wasting police funds with her there constantly calling the police
The pigeons in the parking garage really bring the place to life. But for real they have good prices and the store was very clean when I went inside. New buggies as well (smooth ride!)
This so happens to be my local Walmart and it’s a super center as well.. It is essential for basically getting everything You need under one roof, even a restaurant, bank, vision center, and More..
My gripe is with money services. As a whole I can’t complain much about the store itself. There is a good selection of goods there. But, the one section of the store is ridiculous. It’s the only place to get cash off your account if needed and I’ve ever only seen 2-3 people working it. Apparently they are the only ones trained for the spot NOT EVEN THE MANAGERS!! There are many times I’ve gone there and there is no one to run it. They need to do better that that period!
