Was astounded by how massive it was. Everything you could need in one place for sure. Everything was so clean and orderly. Could easily find what you needed. Most things had giant signs above them. Wonderful store! Had self checkout on both sides plus in the middle had your slew of regular cashiers. Cart returns in convenient spots all over. One of the few Walmart to still feature a greeter, it is pleasant when you walk in and are offered a clean cart from a friendly associate. On this visit, the store was very busy, but the aisles were clean and clear, and I was able to find what I needed and browse a bit. Today, an older employee and younger employee automatically thought that we were stealing just because my daughter paid for her stuff first and then I paid for my stuff! Both were up our butts watching every move!!! I have never ever been treated like this before. They were beyond rude especially when we almost forgot one of our bags. I’ve been working in customer service for years now and I swear some people need to be more considerate while doing their jobs…workers put my groceries back when I told them I had to charge my phone real quick for it to turn back on so I can use Walmart pay (which took me less than 10 minutes) came back and had to pick out my items out of carts and scan my items again. It’s my fault for not keeping my phone charge but I’m pretty sure they were being petty when they put my items back like I was gone for 20 minutes. They at least could have left it all in the same cart and I wouldn’t have cared. I always go to the one in Sherwood because their more friendly.
Surprisingly, things operated like a well oiled machine. Went in, picked up, checked out. Enough said. There’s no complaint other than my old school self could use more personable experience other than just the door greeter.
They always have what I’m shopping for. I usually pick up my orders n im very satisfied w the convience n time n money it saves me. No impulse buying. The only issue I have is no one Ever answers the phone when you try to call customer service.
We absolutely hate this store! They had to lock up items due to thieft. When checking out there is a prompt that asks customers to donate money to the hungry. How are you gonna ask the hungry to donate to the hungry?! Like why doesn’t Walmart donate all of that good food they throw away in their dumpsters? You won’t even pay your employees enough! I’m so sick of Walmart. I’m no longer a customer! Terrible corporations!!!! Wish zero stars were an option!
I came on a Sunday to walmart to bring back my old car battery…i went to the customer service desk initially with the battery and I was told to go to the auto center where they could take my battery…i got to the Walmart at 6:30pm by the time I got to the auto center it was 6:35pm the lights were out I went to the register and pushed the need help button….after a min of waiting I thought maybe they closed…so I went to Google maps to verify the closing time of the auto center it shows 7:00pm yet they were closed
