Saturday February 25th and there is only one guys doing the pick up this is a joke unbelievable waiting 45 minutes for my order to get pickup it’s much faster and easier to just go inside and grab what you need… What’s the whole point of Walmart pickup if you spend more time waiting then actually just going inside the store… Still gotta give props to the guy who’s doing this part of the service alone but man come on looks like companies can keep up staff . Unbelievable
Heartbreaking to see just one elderly woman as a cashier at 10:30pm! Slaving away, someone needs to pay her more. Good food options though.
On a Sunday when the market is full, they put fewer employees to work… I can’t understand! Bags are missing at checkouts, shopping carts are missing, shelves are missing replacements… They should close.
(Not to mention that there is no preventive maintenance on the stairs and where the shopping goes down… That’s why it’s always breaking down.)
Incredibly super exciting-I, cannot wait, to visit again. This Super Walmart, is the most fun-ever, since my last visit, to: Super Walmarts, in, Mexico City, MX. I, was jittery from all of the intense, stimulation. I, definitely got the: “Shivers” shopping here. Prices were fair. Customer service, was kind, and I located, everything I needed. I, cannot wait, to return-for, another visit!
I have had 4 negative experiences at this Walmart location of out 6 visits. Increasingly frustrating. This store is in a spacious location with a design that probably looked good on paper and in theory but in reality it’s not pleasant to access.
The grocery section is always well stocked, so I am giving one star. This section of the store seems to work well because carts can easily travel in and out of the back supply room to this section.
Entering the store is an awkward bottle neck and likewise there was even a line to leave after checking out at the registers.
There were no shopping carts available when I arrived, but I’ll give some credit because it wasn’t long before there were some available (still less than 10). This is not surprising because the carts have to be sent upstairs from the congested and potentially dangerous parking level.
I would not recommend this stores’ online pickup option. In short, it’s a disaster.
I have tried returning cans here three times, and the recycling station is in a constant state of error.
This store does have a large selection and does a great volume of business.
I’d really like to see some of the customer experience factors improve so that I would consider coming to this store more frequently.
