- Reviews:My husband and I decided to shop here today. Their lazy cashier over scan my groceries, their self check out machine doesn’t work properly; and it overcharged my strawberries. Their customer services employee needs more training on how to take care of the customers. I got my money back, but I had to rescan all my groceries myself! This is ridiculous! I wasted my times with double work, and one of their employees came up to me and told me to take everything out of the bags before I rescan my items. She did offer to help at all. Don’t shop here! - Reviews:I would give zero stars if possible. Just stopped to return something at 4:15 pm on a Thursday and the service desk is CLOSED. The manager, Bobbie, when asked about it was very short, cut off any questions asked as to why there were at least 6 people milling around registers and nobody to help at the service desk, said sorry you ladies can’t be helped, have a nice night and walked away. (I was not the only person that needed assistance) Before rudely turning her back and walking away she did explain that “everyone called in on me tonight and I’m not allowed to run service desk” How can a manager “not be allowed to run a service desk”?!?!? I’ve attached pictures of all the people that were standing around doing nothing but obviously can’t learn how to run a service desk. Love the new remodel ! Really clean and organized. The staff is super nice and shelves have plenty of everything. Never feels like it’s over loaded with tourist. Great swimming selection and has a nice fishing selection too .
Stopped at 10:52 pm to get diapers for my 1 month old. They close at 11:00. The man at the front door would not let me in. I nicely explained I was trying to purchase diapers for my 1 month old. He was rude and refused to let me in. He wasn’t even polite or understanding. He just sat there and refused my entry. I asked multiple times before leaving. He chose to be persistent and rude saying there isn’t enough time. I even reminded him I had 8 minutes to make my purchase. I’ve never been treated so poorly in an establishment. Truly the worst experience.
I’ve had 4 delivery orders so far just not show up. Currently, I’m waiting on $200 worth of merchandise to be delivered. It just never comes!!! I’ve had to contact customer service through the app to get refunds. Every time, they’ve said “It won’t happen again and we will make sure these issues are resolved.” Well, it keeps happening. No one is helpful at customer service or in the pickup order department, either. I was asking questions about using affirm, the pay over time offers that Walmart uses. I talked to FOUR different customer service reps there and NONE of them knew what affirm was!!! It’s literally OFFERED by Walmart and is advertised near expensive items. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience here. Not to mention, when you pick substitutions for your online order, they blatantly ignore them and give you something that’s not even relevant to the item you purchased… Why would you substitute lunchables for out of stock deli ham???? They don’t even try. I’ve picked up several orders where they marked something as “unavailable” but when I park and go into the store to find something else that works, THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE AND PLENTY IN STOCK. They just don’t care and customer service is no help. I explained to online customer service that this keeps happening with missing orders and they refused to even credit my account a few dollars, give me a free month of Walmart+, they wouldn’t even send me coupons or anything. I think I’m going to cancel Walmart plus because there’s no “plus” about it…
It’s as good of a Walmart as any! It was the most convenient way to stock up on our grocery list for our vacation. It’s within a small driving distance of all the nearby resorts. Easy to locate off of the main street, with access to other nearby locations such as a homedepot and a few restaurants. It wasn’t hard to find any parking, and we had a relatively good experience with the staff, and the floor plan was easy to navigate. It is reasonable to suggest going to other local businesses first, for any of your needs but in terms of open late, this is the best option around.
Very dirty store. The parking lot looked like a garbage dump. There were hardly any shopping carts. I passed by many empty shelves. I also asked an employee working in the men’s clothing department to assist me in finding a long sleeve shirt, but she seemed uninterested in helping me and said that’s all we have now. I had to go looking for myself for what I needed.
