- Reviews:Raymond and his crews were amazing! We have been moving every year for the past 3 years and have been using different movers and we were very impress with their services. The crews arrived exactly on time and after showing them all the stuffs they got into working right away. They were very efficient and organized. No wasting time at all! All the furniture were wrapped professionally. Once we arrived the destination, I’m super impressed with the unloading since they also help taking all the plastic wraps away, put the shelves together and make sure the items were exactly where we want it to be. They were also very polite. I would highly recommended them to anyone who plan to move!!By kimhihi hihaehihae (a week ago)Ray’s crew was awesome. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. They handled our delicate furniture flawlessly! Went the extra mile. I recommend most highly.By John Lord (a week ago)Great experience with 3 Men Movers. They moved me out of my 2 bedroom apartment in Austin into a storage unit in College Station and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Showed up on time and packed my storage unit with precision. Thank you!By Emily House (4 months ago)The 3-Men Movers were amazing – they moved our entire office full of furniture and supplies with care and speed! They accommodated last minute changes and we’re so helpful! Thank you José, Carlos, and Freddy!By Leah Pinney (in the last week)I am SO glad I went with 3-men movers!!! Upfront and fair pricing From the very beginning contact Glenda(amazing and knowledgeable) got me all set up and reserved. The night before got a call from one of the movers Cristian and then a text in the morning when on their way to my house. Cristian is the crew leader and Wilson and Nery work so well together. They wrapped everything and handled with care while working efficiently. Very easy to talk with. I also needed them to set up my daughter’s complicated bed. It had no instructions just a picture and they were determined to get her bed set up. These men work so hard and do such an amazing job. I have moved 6 times in thr last 7 years….by far the best move.By Jamie Johnson (2 months ago)

- Reviews:Einstein was able to get me on the books 2 days out from when I needed to move. They were fast and very thorough with their explanation of the estimated quote and how things would go on the day of the move. Schuyler and Pat showed up ready to go and made the move so easy and fun! They were very friendly and handled the move with care and professionalism! I moved my bedroom and study from a 2 story house to a storage unit, and when we hit a challenge with the storage unit they handled it with ease. Would recommend this company!By Hannah Burwell (3 weeks ago)The most stress-free moving day I’ve ever had! Worth every single penny. I was quoted for 8 hours and these guys got it done in only 4 1/2 hours! Many thanks to Dylan, Emmanuel, Cameron, and John for their help! I would highly recommend and will use them for future moves without question.By Erika (a week ago)Exceptional moving experience. It was very easy to schedule on short notice and they provided a very accurate initial quotation. The movers were able to load up my entire apartment in 90 minutes and unload it in 2 hours flat without as much as a scratch on the floor or any of the furniture. I would highly recommend them for any moving needs that you may have!By Kunal Kanakia (in the last week)Highly recommend! Einstein was super professional from scheduling all the way through our move. The team on-site was really personable and very careful with our items. It was clear that they were doing their best to hit our est. timeframe, and clearly communicated with us when our time was going to go over by no fault of theirs.By Paige Bates (a week ago)Whoa, I thought the reviews had to be manipulated in some way to have 5* but after our experience with Bryan P and Carter E today, I’m seeing why people are thrilled with Einstein movers! They were excellent with some tricky items (2 pianos) and curved stairs. Working hard the whole time, they were conscientious and polite and we are thoroughly impressed. Can’t find one thing that wasn’t done the way we would have done it if we were still young enough to move ourselves. ?. Thank you, Einstein!!By Elle (a month ago)

I used the All my Sons Service but had some issues after the move.
One box, a glass lamp, and a metal bar in the frame are missing.
They decided to remove the table legs, but they didn’t bring their tools.
In one of the boxes, I had some bottles of liquor. The office informed me they don’t transport liquor I had never been told about. Now the box is missing.
I contacted the office, and they said they would contact the drivers, but I have yet to hear back.
The two guys working on moving were friendly.
Honestly, I regret using All My Son’s service. Not worth the amount of money you pay. It is costly.
UPDATE on March 14th: I have filled and submitted all the claim documentation. I also sent several emails requesting an update, but my requests have been ignored. Customer service that was not great is really bad. I also emailed the email the owners provided in their response in a bad review, but again. I am being ignored.
Regarding moving, All My Sons deliver nothing good despite the damage, missing boxes, and response.
Moving is never easy or fun! These guys made it a smooth transition and made me excited to get moved as quickly as possible. Everyone on the team had great attitudes and always made sure everything was handled professionally. I appreciate their care and attention to detail!
Ricardo Gonzalez and his crew from All My Son’s movers did an excellent job! We had a complex move from a rural area to an urban storage unit. This team handled it with professionalism and did it quickly!
Rick was on time and an excellent communicator. He took extra care with some precious old furniture and calmed my nerves about the volume of stuff we were moving. The operations manager even checked in to make sure everything was going well during the move. I will be referring all my friends to All My Sons! So am so pleased with everything.
I had a terrible experience with All My Sons. have many complaints. TL;DR: All My Sons is a rip off – ruined my couch and charged me for time that were on the phone and disappeared while driving. At the end of the day, I paid over $900 for these two movers to yes, move my things, but damage my expensive couch and book shelf along the way.
The move started out rough – I received a call saying that the movers would be finishing up their previous move and headed our way in 10 minutes. Great! I headed home and proceeded to wait THREE HOURS for them to arrive. Not a great start.
The first thing the movers did upon entering the house was put a hand on my bright white couch – leaving a black hand print. “Oh no!” I said, pointing out the handprint. The mover shrugged and said “Do you want us to wrap it?” … Yes.
So they wrapped it, but not well enough. They completely ruined my $3,000 white couch by not properly wrapping it and dragging it down the hallway, even though I said to the movers multiple times to “be careful, that’s white” “please wrap it well, it’s white” and they still left dirty handprints all on it. I tried to have a fabric cleaner come in and they said it is unable to be cleaned.
When the movers came, they started my time ($195/hour) and then shoved an iPad in my face which required at least 10 signatures and paperwork that I could have easily taken an hour to review. I wish they would have provided the paperwork before they got there because I would have not went with these movers. The “liability” policy is terrible. I did pay for additional liability and they still only offered me $195 for my couch, even though I provided receipts from February that the purchase price was $3,000. I did accept the offer because what am I going to do? Go to small claims court?
Additionally, one of the movers was constantly on his phone, talking to corporate about paperwork, about taking my payment, about questions I had on the paperwork. He was on the phone for at least 30 minutes. Lastly, when we were driving from our old place to our new place, the movers were supposed to be following my husband, but ended up arriving 10 minutes after him, which was time we were charged for.
I made all of these concerns know at the time when they happened and the solutions were not satisfactory.
My wife and I have moved a lot, but our usual approach is to do everything ourselves. This makes up rather picky about hiring others to move our goods. Despite this initial reticence, my experience with All My Sons was terrific. Starting with Derik Morgan, who negotiated the move using a video link to my phone where I showed him everything that we wanted moved. He returned with a bid that was to be the maximum charge. I found it entirely reasonable, and agreed to the contract. by my request, It called for 2 separate moves a week apart.
All My Sons kept me informed every step of the way. The first crew arrived at the agreed-upon time and got to work. They were careful and efficient, padding every piece of furniture before moving it to the truck. No floor scratches or wall dings – which my wife was watching for like a hawk. Despite a very hot day in Austin, they finished in the early evening. They put the furniture where we wanted it and moved it around patiently when we changed our minds. Many thanks to John and Scott, and I’m sorry that I don’t remember the names of the other two crew members.
The second crew (Steven, Kermit, Corbin and Stan) arrived on time and worked efficiently from the get-go despite withering heat (a heat index of over 110 degrees). They also finished relatively early. Their packing skills are excellent and they were (like the first crew) careful not to damage our floors, walls or furniture. They worked at a good and steady pace all day. The furniture went right where we wanted it and they also patiently stayed around to move any items that we decided should be moved.
In the end, I was charged substantially less than the agreed-upon price – a price that I was quite happy with in the beginning. Hopefully, this is my last move. However, if it isn’t, you can be sure that the first call I will make will be to All My Sons Moving and Storage. Many thanks for a job well done!
