After the plumber identified what he thought the problem could be, I was told that if I didn’t accept the service (replace the toilet wax), that it would be $150 since he told me that “It’s probably the wax”. He said if I paid for the service then he would waive the travel fee. So I paid $330 dollar to change the toilet wax; no travel fee included. I called the company today, because the price is way higher than any estimate that I could find for the same service. The company said that there was NO $150 travel fee – which is the ONLY reason I paid $330 to change the wax. I can’t afford to pay $150 for someone to say they “think” It may be the toilet wax, while never even going into the crawl space to check for water being the culprit of the musky smell indoors. I was serviced by Caleb Sadler and would not refer him to anyone knowing that he’s manipulating customers to over pay by several hundred dollars. My baby died in January. I quit my job. I’m 100% disabled. I have a mental disorder that impairs judgement. After our water heater burst, ER promptly scheduled a technician to restore water and helped us order an appropriate replacement. Service was quick and complete. Pricing was very reasonable. The technicians were friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for more during a very busy time!
Mac from E.R. Plumbing has rescued us twice from plumbing emergencies, getting us back in operation as quickly as possible. I really appreciate their fast response, and even same day service on a Friday afternoon. He is super friendly and enjoyable to work with too.
We were referred to ER plumbing by a friend and were very happy with the service we received. Steven Anderson from ER Plumbing was fantastic at helping with our plumbing emergency and getting our house back up and running as quickly as possible! He was very prompt and thorough with communication explaining everything he was doing. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for a very personable and professional plumber!
Our hot water heater went out and we called several plumbing companies who kept giving us the run around. ER Plumbing responded within the hour. Stuns h who answered the call was helpful, polite and patient. Austin who was out tech was honest, a great worker and answered every question we had. Definitely would refer them. There was no gimmicks. He was honest in stating what we needed and the process of the job. Thankful for ER plumbing.
Overall I am very happy! When you detect a water leak in your wall you are at the mercy of just about anyone who can help quickly. They arrived very fast, Leonard was very professional and he fixed the leaking pipe efficiently. I was a little shocked over their invoice price but didn’t have anything to compare it to. I would recommend their service. You may want to ask for estimate before they come out.
