Come September the work had still not been started. They dug a hole for my meter pit on September 6th,22. 3 weeks later they come back to finish the job with a completely different scope of work. The crew that came to “finish” the work broke my sewer line leading from my kitchen to my septic, they “repaired” it. However now I have issues with my kitchen drain. They left my yard an uneven mess, and informed my that the final grading was up to me after I paid them over $9,000.00. They also left a patch of road that still needs to be repaired 3 months after the work was complete. I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with only to just be able to make contact with management today and be told they “thought the patch was done”. Please do not waste your time or money. The plumber was a champion. They identified the issue quickly and made the repair. He was kind, and informative also. If the price hadn’t been so extortionate I would have given a 5 Star review. There were a few different leaks within a 4 foot section of wall that took less than 3 hours to fix. The three hours included 35+ minutes of him running to the hardware store to get a shark bite he didn’t have. Factoring in the few feet of pex used, and a few valves and connectors, I’d say $200+ an hour is a pretty high fee.
Dan from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an awesome job at prep work removal cleanup and communicating the processes that they were doing while they were here also walking through the steps of paying for the project in its entirety and what it all entailed very informative very professional great job have them back anytime.
Dan and the other gentleman did a great job. They were polite and made quick work of the job. We are very pleased with the results.
I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done by Dan S and his team with my plumbing. My house is old and needed a lot of pipes re-done and I’ve couldn’t have asked for a better company to service me. Everything that was said to be done was completed and the estimation was exactly on point with the job. They cleaned up their mess and left me feeling very satisfied.
I did not like the customer service that was given to me before service. They scheduled a window from 9-12 but didn’t show up until 2pm. I would have appreciated better communication on the customer service side.
Over all! The quality of work was great. The communication on the service side is definitely an area opportunity.
I had a great experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. Mark who came out to give me an estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He also gave me a fair and reasonable price for the service. I was impressed by their punctuality, efficiency and quality of work.
