He was able to clear the clog and clear up the drain. He also made sure to check our drain pipes to make sure there wasn’t any damage or leaks created. Needed concrete and a drain replaced because water was coming down our driveway and pooling up. Also.. our basement garage wall that faces Mt. Tabor leaks. I got two quotes, Lovett was 2x the other but I went with them because I wanted it done right and… it’s concrete, you don’t get a second chance. I was so happy I did, the crew was pro and friendly. Had a great experience with the D&F team. Scheduling was easy, with great communication and our plumber Loren was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue but showed me the steps to fix it myself should it happen again. Would give 5 stars but the price was steep. Loren was upfront with the price so no issue there, just a surprisingly high hourly rate.
Frankie did a fantastic job in fixing my cracked faucet pipe. He clearly went through everything and there were no surprises. And, D&F was great to work with in regards to scheduling the repair. Great communication and the service tech tracking feature is very useful. Highly satisfied and would recommend. I plan to use them for some future work.
We had a pipe leaking in the crawl space, so it was an emergency. When we called, Danielle was reassuring and dispatched Brandon T. who arrived the same day to do the repair. He was knowledgeable and skilled and repaired the leak in just a couple of hours. The water was turned back on and saved the day. Good folks! Call D&F when you need a plumber. Edit: Be sure you ask to see the detailed list of charges before you authorize the work. We were surprised by one of the charges once we finally got the invoice & receipt for our payment in full. We were only given the total amount before we authorized the work. But we were in an emergency situation, and we needed the repair. So another lesson in ‘buyer beware’.
We were having a new toilet installed and the original installers could not finish the job due to a broken flange and it is a very old building so there were complications. I called D & F Plumbing and explained it was an emergency as we only have one bathroom. Within about an hour they sent over Warren. Warren was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and had to find a part that worked for our old 1927 building. Warren was cheerful and professional and got it fixed for us. We are so happy with D & F Plumbing and Warren.

12,000.00 for two days of work and they burnt a brand new 1200.00 tub for my customer. And Said it was tree sap or a water stain!
Completely dismissed this issue. Now we’ll be heading to small claims court to fix what they could have done in person, if they were professional!
The plumber even left a nice note expressing it wasn’t his fault! Horrible customer service!
