Drinks we’re delicious – the cherry limeade with vodka is recommended for 2, and is strong and sweet. They have an array of golf games to play if you want more of an experience than just high score, like angry birds golfing! Kid friendly – my kids loved it. Enjoyed my time at TopGolf. The staff was great and they were very helpful when teaching you how to operate the touch screen. Really got to relax and unwind and enjoy some beer with my Dad. I definitely would recommend this to anyone trying to have fun with family and friends. Thanks TopGolf! ⛳
This place is a lot of fun, but you need to plan ahead and plan on spending some money. For two people to play for an hour and a half and get some drinks and maybe a snack, it’s going to run you $100. You also need to know that making a reservation is the way to go. On the weekend, you’re not just going to be able to walk in and play, you’re going to have a two to three hour wait easily, but it’s not hard to go online and make the reservation. The staff is friendly, and the games are fun. Highly recommended!
During my recent visit to Topgolf in Denver, I had a less than satisfactory experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, I was informed by the “check in member” that outside drinks were not allowed at the venue. I had a Starbucks cup with me
(Brand new and it was 10am) but I completely understood the policy and was prepared to put it back in my vehicle before entering.
However, the “check in member” insisted that I leave the coffee in a safe space where it would not be touched. She even went as far as to promise that I could come back and drink it during my play. I appreciated her gesture and followed her instructions, feeling reassured that I could enjoy my coffee later without issue.
To my dismay, when I returned to retrieve my coffee, it had been thrown away. I was shocked and disappointed, especially since the “check in member” had promised that my coffee would be safe. When I asked her about it, she simply replied by saying she would “yell at someone.” I was taken aback by her unprofessional response, and I was further disappointed that she did not offer any form of compensation or apology for the incident. I wouldn’t have left my coffee had I known it would be thrown away, and I felt let down by the “check in member’s” lack of accountability.
Adding insult to injury, I observed a group of gentlemen who were allowed to bring their Starbucks drinks in, which felt unfair given the venue’s strict policy (they were sitting right next to our bay too).
Overall, my experience at Topgolf in Denver was frustrating and disappointing. I hope that the venue will take steps to ensure that all guests are treated equally (my boss, who was in my party, pointed out that this was very unfair). I would have appreciated some form of compensation or apology for the incident, but unfortunately, I received neither. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that Topgolf will improve its policies and procedures to provide a better experience for all guests.
Fun time with friends and family. Some people in our group did not even try to swing a club but had a great time just watching, eating and drinking.
Waited over an hour and a half during the day with a whole level blocker off for an event that didn’t even start until after we left. Air hockey table uses a rubber puck it doesn’t even move half way down the table. The basketball game has over filled basketball that have popped and doesn’t even keep accurate score.
