5 months agoWent in last night to get a few things around 7pm and I didn’t get a hello or anything just some lad talking through his headset to someone else then laughing. Walked off before I even started collecting my stuff to then carry on talking through his headset. It was weird and unprofessional.8 months agoLoved the happy attitudes of the staff this morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful covid aware facilities are OK5 years agostaff member encountered today very much unhelpful she trying to purchase scratchcards was told could only give me one as he didn’t have a key to get into them and instead of calling a manager as said he needed just stood there, then said will I call someone!!!!!!!! told him dont bother as should of really been told sorry I haven’t a key can you just wait a minute till I get someone with access!!!! Some excellent staff members here. Excellent customer service in all departments. I worked here for 9 years and only left to pursue a career in health. Excellent selection of products. Helpful staff. Has a travel money, Argos, petrol station and toilets. Click and collect shopping is around the back (outside) of the store. Tu clothing.
Great seasonal aisle as well, with great offers. Amazing for free from and dietary requirements. Large selection at the back of the store and freezers.
Its a huge supermarket. Medical store and agros located inside. Enough parking space. Lot of self checkout stations. Overall very good experience
Was absolutely dead here. There are plenty of car parking spaces to choose from. It felt like it was due to close , staff stood around gabbing to each other. Won’t be going there again as I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a customer couldn’t wait to leave

Sainsbury Carlisle is the place for me.. Just been back high standards still being maintained customers safety is paramount to them.. They are still maintaining customer care and implementing all the covid guidelines. A joy to go to.. Still doing a first class job maintaining customer care and safety.
