Great options and modern technology. We only do touch less to preserver paint from scratching. Touch screen kiosk works perfectly. The hoses pivot which applies a better more efficient clean and rise.By madison mancini (5 months ago)Tried to use this automated car was several times, and have to say its “iffy”. On several instances, it has charged my card 3 times, not once, and I have had to call the number at the car wash to try and get a hold of someone to give me credit back. It basically takes about a month before you get a response and help. Also paid for the top dollar wash as usual, and sometimes only got a 1 minute wash. How did I know it was done wrong? Because I had the top wash other times……. Tried to report the problem, but takes forever to get a response from a human.By Martin Luther (a month ago)We use this place about once a week, sometimes more, usually between 10am and noon. There is rarely more than one car in front of us on the touch free side. There is also a soft touch option, an RV wash, and a couple of the “get out of the car and do it by hand” options. It doesn’t take long and our car always comes out nice and clean. The only drawback is it never seems to dry as well as we’d like. We usually have to pull over and wipe down the back window. We have yet to use the other car wash in the area. We are pleased with this one.By Natasha Lopez (4 months ago)Pretty good car wash utilized the credit card system and used most settings. Would definitely go again. The broom setting is not watered down and good pressure on the wand.By Bryce Hamblin (3 months ago)I paid for the premium wash and drove forward, the machine sprayed a bunch of soap on my car and prompted me to move forward until I was out, so I had to drive around with a bunch of soap on my car. I called the number and had to leave a voicemail and haven’t heard anything and don’t expect to.By Dude (in the last week)

Absolutely love this place. My toddlers love it too they get to watch the bubbles. They have complimentary, clean rags to wipe down the car after it’s washed. They also have the vacuums always on and ready to use. It’s super convenient. 👌 10/10 staff is friendly, site is clean , it’s never too crowded. They have plenty of space. It’s great.By Maggie Martinez (a month ago)Visiting my mom and took her car through this car waah. Wow! An assistant at the pay stalls. Guided on to rail. Two people with brushes hitting the grill and windshield then through the wash. Large towel dryer with air dryer. Once done, go to an area where there are towels abd free vaccuming. Well done Tagg-n- Go!By Thomas Fay (Tom) (a week ago)The customer service was absolutely horrendous. I do van life. Before I even started cleaning out my van, I told an employee that I had a lot of stuff and then I would be cleaning out my car if it was all right.
He said it was no problem. After I was told that I was OK to stay there and clean my vehicle out for however long – the manager did not have the balls to come confront me and tell me they didn’t want homeless people there, but called the cops instead.
The manager and owner LIED to the police telling them that they did not welcome us and asked us to leave. I can’t stand liars. I’m sure they’ll have some kind of lie and snarky response to write back to this. Just watch.
By L W (4 months ago)I have 2010 BMW X5. First time I went here the car wash tore my gas lid off. They found it and I was able to put it on. No damage. I figured I must have left it open…That was 2 months ago…So this time on my drive to Vegas for Salt Lake City I stopped by again and this time it tore my gas lid off again!! It was closed I made sure before I went through…We’re able to find it but this time it dented it and scratched. All the workers disappeared and I never got any help after to show the car wash damaged it….I was mad and left…I live I. Utah by the way.By Ryan DeNiro (4 months ago)I gave it 3 star only for 1 reason that my lower section of car doesn’t get clean up. I told them about it but the problem never got fixed.By Dipen Lama (a month ago)

What a waste of 20 bucks. Just did a 4000 mile road trip. Didn’t expect it to get all the bugs and road tar off. But I did at least expect the power wash to remove the soap marks from their foaming brush! Fender pic was after 5 minutes of “pressure” washing. Gave up on the door after 2 minutes of no success. 10 minutes in my driveway is with my garden hose and a microfiber towel and my truck was clean. Never going there again.
I have been here twice and most likely not going back. During my first visit, some functions didn’t work properly, especially there “pre-soak”. Nothing I can do some I already deposited money. So just I tried to finish work whatever worked. After that I spoke with person there in their office. Their main response was “it does not work, did you see the the tape over?” Clearly there was no tape over the function. Today, after several months past, I decided to give them another try. There were several stalls that people using. So that’s a good sign. So I used the stall 7. Again after adding money, I found out that the “pre-soak” and “high pressure soap” didn’t work. Also the foam brush didn’t work properly, little foam and more air bubble. So I just use the high pressure water to wash my car. When I left stall 7, I noticed other people using the “pre-soak” so I decided to use another stall. I used a last stall on the west side (don’t remember the number). When I was about to add money, I noticed that the credit accepting machine was still running and charging other person, Howard, even he stopped the washing function. Turn out, you need to press “stop” that credit accepting machine to have it not charging more. So be aware to press that barely noticeable stop button on the machine if you use the credit card. So back to washing car, so all the function worked, except the foam brush. It still has little foam and more bubble. So I think it’s their setting to save on soap maybe. But that’s now good for washing car. In the drying bays, I could not find a sink for cleaning drying towel. I gave them 2 stars for somewhat working and their cleanliness of their location.
I’ve been to self-serve car washes before, but this one was awesome. Soft foam brush and 6 settings for the wash. Heard about this car wash from other people who are picky about their vehicles. Will be back!
The self car wash did a great job cleaning up my car for a decent price. My only complaints are the vacuums – they don’t accept credit cards despite the wash accepting them (the bar in the same complex is 24 hrs and has an ATM), it also took me $3 to vacuum my compact car completely. When I got some light in the car, I found out the vacuum hadn’t even successfully gotten the crumbs I’d gone over.
I got asked to not wash my truck here because it was too muddy? This isn’t not mud on my truck, that is dirty rain water from driving down back road. I’ll post a picture of my muddy jeep in New York.
As a car wash owner you should know there is a difference. It’s sad you can discriminate against someone, when you don’t know what you’re talking about. Others be warned
