All Alcohol very time discount price Only Excellent customer service, great variety of items from vegetables . I particularly love the dairy section. You get fresh milk, yoghurt and eggs. If you are buying a large quantity of items carry a strong shopping bag with you. Overall excellent 👌 very time discount price.

“Sainsbury’s in Coventry holds a special place in my memories. Nestled right in the heart of the city, it exudes a warmth and charm that is both inviting and comforting. When I first landed in the UK on 11th January ’23, amidst the overwhelming newness of a foreign land, it was to this store that I turned for my initial grocery needs.

The store’s layout is intuitive, making it easy for newcomers like me to navigate. The aisles are well-stocked, showcasing a diverse range of products that cater to both local and international tastes. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff. Each member was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and helpful. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist made my shopping experience feel less like a chore and more like a delightful exploration.

Moreover, the freshness of the produce section deserves a special mention. The fruits and vegetables looked as if they had been picked just that morning, bursting with vibrant colors and promising utmost nutrition.

But it’s not just the tangible aspects of Sainsbury’s in Coventry that left an impression. It’s the feeling of community, the sense of belonging, and the assurance that even in a new city, there are familiar places where one can feel at home.

In conclusion, Sainsbury’s in Coventry is not just a grocery store; it’s a wholesome experience that resonates deeply with those seeking comfort in a new environment.”

Very good. Good offers with the clubcard. Can always find what you’re looking for here however the only downfall is the self checkout, I know like most places there’s issues when scanning items but this place, omgosh the women are so boneidle, I stand for ages waiting for her to come to me and she walks right past me, she said to me “you need to make sure you call me because I need to scan the screen with my pass” The rudeness of her, I told her I did wave at you but you decided to help someone else. I know it gets busy in here, I shop here every week but they need to be more helpful and not so go××××m rude.

Nice and easy place with good sections of aisles. Has a small halal food section. Outside has a free cash section. For the past year it seems to only be self checkout and it seems to be forever.

“I recently visited [name of grocery store], and I was disappointed to find that several of the food items on my shopping list were out of stock. Despite checking with a store employee, I was unable to find a suitable substitute or get an estimated time when the items would be restocked. This made my shopping experience frustrating and inconvenient. While I understand that inventory can sometimes be unpredictable, I feel that the store could do more to ensure that popular items are adequately stocked and provide clear communication about when they will be available again. Overall, I was disappointed with my shopping experience

and I was disappointed with the customer service and staffing levels. The store appeared to be understaffed, with long lines at the checkout and empty shelves in some sections. The few staff members available seemed overworked and unable to handle the demands of the store. Overall, I felt that the store’s lack of staffing and poor customer service made for a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience. I hope that the store can take steps to address these issues and improve the shopping experience for all customers.”

Always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Decent choice of products but can be a little expensive. You pay for convenience. Car park is small and it can be difficult to find a space at times. Always worth popping in though especially if items have been reduced. Sometimes you can find real bargains

Hit and miss some days its OK, other days I’ve found rotten peppers on the shelf informed staff who didn’t seem bothered. One day I went to cash a scratchcard staff member pulled a face and snatched it off me I had a go at her rudeness then she changed her tune. Other staff are helpful security are friendly and helpful. some days its the pits, other days it just passes.

I had a very bad experience from staff Gemma today , i was asking her something even before listening to what I wanted to say she was like go stand in the queue , what type of customer service is that. I have reported to manager about it , he was really nice and heard all my concerns

After waiting 5 minutes for somebody to come to the till. I was told I couldn’t have cash back from the card of my phone and only with the physical card. If I had the physical card with me I would go to the ATM at the entrance of the store. Useless!

Place seemed very dirty, especially the self-serve . The self serve didn’t work very well and no staff to sort the problem out. Needs a good clean and makeover.

  1. I recently visited Sainsbury’s and had a great experience. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily.

What impressed me most was the quality of the produce. The fruits and vegetables looked fresh and were arranged attractively, and I was able to find some rare items that I haven’t seen in other stores.

Overall, I highly recommend Sainsbury’s to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. The store offers a great selection of products, competitive prices, and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

  2. There is a large and beautiful supermarket with a large parking area, but it can still be busy, especially on weekends. There are thousands of different local products from textile products to pastries in the market, you can usually find the product you are looking for, you can find the product you are looking for. There is an atm for cash withdrawal. There is also a head inside. You can spend your time comfortably here, have something to eat or drink. It is at an easily accessible location, there is also a gas station inside.

  3. Great selection of items, friendly staff and good prices. It can get a little crowded at times, but all grocery stores do. Always able to find what I need here!

  4. This store got a big collection of world foods. I go there to buy South Asian/South East Asian spices and vegetables, for a reasonable price. The TU clothing is also available in this store, and the collection is huge. The designs of TU clothing are beautiful, and the fit on rooms close at 6 pm. Since the store is huge, it never feels crowded.

  5. A decent cup of coffee…

I’ve got to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of coffee at the Sainsbury’s cafè. Never tried the cafè before despite this being our supermarket of choice. Anyway, if you are shopping here it is worth knowing a decent cup of coffee is readily available.
