Lack of checkers is common, however it appears there are ZERO people hired to return carts to the store – nor are there enough return stalls for the customers to use. Instead of the uniform line of carts parked one behind another in the designated areas, I experienced a cluster of carts both surrounding my car and in the grassy areas along the parking spots. It took me more than a few minutes to gather the carts seen in the pics I took. What a shame. It’s bad enough the customers are expected to check themselves out, but now we are tasked with cart removal & return. The short haired cashier, who was substituting and never worked in lawn and garden was extremely unhelpful. It seems you can’t drive up to the mulch and have it loaded in your car and pay for it inside. They carry salads well past the best-by date, beyond the date when they start liquefying and molding. Wide variety of products going from groceries and farmacy items, to gaddening and auto accesories. Their prices are very competitive I love great value brand it helps my budget. Pepole are not proactive to help but they are there.
Come to this Location a lot but I have never ordered a cake from the bakery before. I decided to against my better judgement, I went in on 4/18 to place an order for a Disney princess cake with the figurines on top. The whole point was the princesses because that was her theme. Pick up was supposed to be 4/23 at 1 PM. At pick up they handed me a cake with no figurines basically a plain cake, with the border smashed against the plastic. I would have thrown a fit but it wouldn’t get me anywhere and the lady that was there didn’t even do the cakes and the at the time of me putting my order in there was another lady there who didn’t do the cakes as well. I did ask where the lady was at that does the cakes and she said she was gone BOTH TIMES. Seems to me she is never around. I would have appreciated it if y’all would have been more helpful in the bakery area it was really ridiculous and my daughters cake was NOT what I ordered. I had to go purchase princesses in the toy section LUCKILY y’all had those in stock so I could fix it MYSELF. I will stick to my regular cake place REASORS from now on and pay the extra dollars to give me what I want, which was something so simple. To be honest I wouldn’t have expected anything more from this Walmart. Do Better.
Nice place to get most of organic produce I need for my salad and everyday needs. This is better than ordering from Amazon Fresh. I also got the organic eggs I always love to eat for breakfast and the fresh rye bread and garlic bread.
Went to get a fishing license, waited for 20 min. Pushing buttons, and walking around to find someone. A guy finally appeared, stated if I needed a fishing I needed to go to automotive. I said well a sign or something would’ve been nice. He was not nice about it. He was a team lead in electronics. Seemed to not like his job. We also wanted to purchase a knife, and I was leading never spoke a word to us. I thought that I would be nice and try to help because he seemed frustrated, I wrote on a piece of paper devastated. If you need your license, go to Automotive. Just trying to help I had already personally directed three people to the automotive dept. I left and returned, my husband said the guy crumbled the paper up . Honestly, was just trying to help.. I can’t say the leading the team was excellent at her customer service, and helping us all of our issues with the fish license
The employees were nice enough, however……I went to go get pants for my son; found some for 11 and went to ring it up, was 17. Asked an employee about it and was told that unless it says it on the item, it is that price and dismissed me completely. I only wanted someone to go and check the price for me and of it is in the wrong spot, then so be it. Not dismiss me all together. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
