It cleans the car well for touchless service but of course not deep clean. The air blower has a timer and I saw there was enough space inside so I just moved my car backed and forth to get extra dry. Guy there was nice. A greeting a and smile goes a long way. Made sure everything with the carwash worked well (before and after). I maybe mistaken but think it’s owner. Dont hesitate to get your carwash here. It’s cheaper than big carwash chain where I first opted to go. Just new in town and I’m for supporting local businesses. Thinking of getting 2 $5 touchless for better cleaning or use their cheaper self service during the summer. Never do the automated I put 10 dollars for a 9 basic wash it didn’t give me change and there was no soap when it wash my car. I know it said basic but how basic can it be . Every Time I do the self service there is always something wrong with one of the boys. I kuse to love this car 2 wash I come here at least 2 times a week .. I travel to the area weekly for my occupation. I make it a priority to do business here. For one, they do not skimp on product. Two, the spot free rinse and water supply is either filtered or sourced from God’s lake. I just washed my pick up there today, for at least the 5th or 6th time this year, and am so impressed I don’t wash my vehicle at home in West Fargo anymore. I look forward to my trip to Valley City to be able to use their products and services, and by hand! Anyone who travels, is a local, or doesn’t have more than 20 minutes of time on their hand, this is the real deal of a car wash. I only wish that there would be somebody in Fargo that would come up with a personal car wash that is as good as this. Enough said! This place is awesome. You can pull in and close the doors to get out of the wind and cold, and be warm with the hot water wash. Whale of a Wash has done some great upgrades to their self-washing sites: completely new wash systems with credit card functionality plus hand operate car dryers in each stall.
Good place to spray the mud and dirt off your truck, I only rinse my truck off, the brushes looked like they needed to be replace so I didn’t use it. I did like it sprays really warm water.
Took 2 stars off because the bays were really dirty, ciggerate butts all over the ground and no tenant on duty, so I called the number in regards to the tokens, he was very rude and extremly unprofessional! Even answered the phone “hello”…..i thought I dailed the wrong number. Need to work on ur professionalism and be polite to your customers, Especially when you bring in a dully diesel……
Pretty grimy slum… definitely need new pressure guns, an foam brushes. Maybe try some different soap. Will NOT be returning.
Pretty old and desperately in need of remodeling, but their equipment works and can save you some money compared to the drive through washes if you can be efficient with spraying.
Lots of soap comes out.Its $3 for 4min.I thought it’s not bad at all.clean,5 stalls,bring quarters or $1’s in case u have to put the dollars in the change machine.They do have the dryer hose now so you can also blow dry your vehicle.
