Here are some tips to maximize your shopping experience at Walmart Supercenter in Raleigh NC:
- Plan ahead: Make a shopping list of the items you need before heading to the store. This will help you stay focused and save time.
- Check store hours: Verify the store’s opening and closing times to ensure you have enough time for your shopping trip.
- Avoid peak hours: If possible, try to shop during non-peak hours to avoid crowds and long lines. Early mornings or weekdays tend to be less busy.
- Utilize the Walmart app: Download the Walmart app to browse deals, find product locations, and even use the self-checkout feature to save time at the register.
- Take advantage of price matching: Walmart offers price matching, so if you find a lower price on an identical item at a local competitor, bring it to the attention of a store associate for a price adjustment.
- Explore store departments: Walmart Supercenters offer a wide range of products. Take the time to explore different departments to discover deals and find everything on your list.
- Look for clearance items: Check the clearance sections in various departments for discounted items. You might find great deals on products you need.
- Compare prices: Walmart often offers competitive prices, but it’s always a good idea to compare prices with other stores to ensure you’re getting the best deal.
- Bring reusable bags: Consider bringing your own reusable shopping bags to reduce waste and help the environment.
- Stay updated on promotions: Keep an eye out for weekly ads, online promotions, and special events at Walmart Supercenter to take advantage of additional savings.
Remember, these tips can enhance your shopping experience and make your trip to Walmart Supercenter in Raleigh NC more efficient and enjoyable.

- Reviews:I was completely disappointed I’m this Walmart. The bathrooms were so disgusting I needed a shower after just walking in. I contacted management and they refused to do nothing. She said they did not have anyone there today to clean. Pictures are below. Clogged toilets, urine everywhere. Health violations for sure. I’ll NEVER be going back. The health and the health of my family are more important to me!!!!!By David Basham (a month ago)Usually their curbside pickup is reliable and good. But today, I waited in my car for over 45 minutes before I decided to go inside and just see if I could pick up my mobile order there. It was so chaotic as there was already a group of people standing there (all of whom have been waiting for their own curbside delivery orders for a while) seeing if they could get theirs in-person too. The workers were really no help. A bunch of them had their Airpods in and some were saying they were about to walk out. Not blaming the workers at all for saying stuff like that because it looked stressful and I’m pretty sure the system was down so that’s why all of the problems were happening with Curbside pickup. And at one point, I think I did see someone just throw his vest off and walk out during the middle of it. I blame store management for letting it get to that point where workers are just walking out because it gets too stressful. Also, no one answers the phone. So I’ll blame management for that too. I ended up getting a full refund through the general Walmart customer service phone line and my entire order compensated for free at another location since I waited so long. So, honestly, worth the trouble!By Terence (3 weeks ago)The baby formula is always closet in the cabinet , I’m waiting for more than 30 minutes for the key and nobody knows about that , it is not respectful for the customer , This is not the first time that has happened and to many clients.By Milena salinas (4 months ago)Grocery pick up is truly a nightmare. I had $40 worth and they managed to not get me my cold items. I had to speak to 3 separate department workers before someone could help me get my groceries. This is supposed to save me time but instead I wasted over an hour and gas having to go to the store twice.By Samantha Smith (3 months ago)Has almost everything I’m looking for always and at a pretty good price. Great selection and pretty clean for the most part. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that I never see the front registers populated. Usually it’s just self check out that’s available and there’s just sometimes when I prefer to have someone else bag my groceries. Besides that, I enjoy my shopping experience hereBy Pedro Martinez (2 months ago)

- Reviews:Great! Location and good selection of products. Seemed very well stocked and clean, plenty of staff around to answer questions and help find stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is lack of cashiers, they’re always seems to be very long lines. I think you should re-task some of your employees. Otherwise I would give it a five star!By Sam Hebda (a year ago)This has to be the dirtiest Walmart stores I have ever been in. It even smelled bad. 9 pm on a Thursday evening and its a busy place. Lot of customes and they close the self checkout… there were 5 or 6 people in front of me waiting to check out and the girl working the self checkout just said I’m closed and begins turn the registers off. Someone in line said we have been waiting and she said I’m closed and turned and walked away. Very rudeBy Henry Beakes (2 months ago)I was a good little self checkout clerk. Scanned one item at a time, spent more than 200 dollars on groceries and patiently waited my turn. If they really wanted me to stop on my way out and have an employee check all my purchases, then they should have a cashier at every checkout lane. If I can’t be trusted to scan my own stuff honestly then pay someone else to do it. That’s how the honor system is supposed to work. Would rate 0 out of 5 stars if possible.By Neil Holbert (a month ago)Allen in the auto center went above and beyond to help me get the right battery when I had purchased the wrong one and didnt have the receipt for the exchange. Ill definetly be there for future auto care being he had such great customer care after going through two other walmarts. Thank you again Allen!?By 23TWO WHEEL TERROR (in the last week)It’s a Walmart. The store itself has good prices, but the people it draws in sucks. I had 400$ stolen out of my bag- was seen on camera and they just told me oh well. As I watched the guy leave walked passed me as I’m waiting for them to look at footage- as they finish he’s already gone. I go here weekly- close to home- has everything I need- just wish it wasn’t a constant state of begging out front. It could be a bit cleaner/more organized, but you get what you pay for I guess.By Deven Hussey (3 months ago)

No matter when I go it is always a long line and only self checkout open and the employees are rude
I visited on a Thursday around 8:30pm and found parking decently close to the door and was able to grab a clean, functioning cart right inside the door. The shelves were fairly well stocked, though I was unable to find two items on my grocery list; sun-dried tomatoes and Great Value canned “cream-of-…” soups. Self checkout had open registers when I walked up and an employee had just refilled the bags. Overall, a concise and enjoyable visit.
First time doing e-commerce shopping thinking it would be quicker here in nc I checked in at at 6 it’s 7. And I have yet to get my groceries. Looks like one person is working I feel terrible if so this section should just close to the public this store isn’t ready.why would I get an alert telling me my items complete to have to wait about two hours
Trashy store.
Employees attitude are always nasty. Products are either open, missing or expired. Ew
As someone who works/worked at this particular Walmart and shopped here as well. I have a good understanding about this location.
Pro: There are a few good associates who will help if needed.
Con: Oh boy where to start.
1. Have certain associates/team leads unavailable on certain days so it’s chronically understaffed most days.
2. Most Associates don’t have keys to cases so that creates frustration with customers who have to wait up to over 20 minutes or longer just to get assistance.
3. Many items are either misplaced, stolen, opened, or missing.
4. The management at this particular location is very subpar.
5. Many team leads shouldn’t be team leaders. They often don’t know what they should be doing.
6. Associates are tasked with doing almost everything every department regardless if it’s their department due to how chronically understaffed it is.
7. The low pay and frequency of pay is what I believe is causing these problems.
8. Find a better location if you can.
