Always half a job, you get home and see they have they have missed so many areas you may as well not bothered. Still mud on numerous bits of body work, glass cleaning is so poor you have to do yourself. Honestly avoid the place if you want a clean car.3 months agoFirst time using this car wash. It will also be my last. Took over an hour, yes they were busy, but they were also slow. And they were moving cars around in the queue to prioritise cars that had only just arrived, and making the rest of us wait. To top it off, my car wasn’t even clean. The windscreen was still dirty, the bottom half of the car was still very clearly dirty, and the bits they had washed were left covered in water marks because they were just letting them dry in the sun for 45 minutes rather than wiping them down. 9 months agoCar wash was great. However, I left my supermarket trolley £1 in the change compartment. It disappeared. Pity. I do that all the time and the coin never disappears. Back to my regular provider. Trust is important, as we never know what else we’ve misplaced in our cars.

Disappointing response from the manager while asking about the dirt appeared after ultra HD washing. The manager worked on 22nd April at 4.00 PM said you should call the company even before checking what is the issue. The customer service of the company was not available at the above mentioned time. Never expected a response from a manager or a service. Totally disappointed. Mr. George, the manager was rude to us when mentioning the issue. Not coming back again.
No complaints from me about the service here. An efficient car wash and the staff are fine. Only 1 or 2 stray waxy marks after drying, so that’s OK. Certainly shifted all the nasty stuff you get from parking under an overhead cable where pigeons perch!
It’s the best car wash in the town .. perfect and quickly job.
