2 weeks agoGoing downhill fast. Used to be amazing but after my last wash the top £11 super duper wash, I shouldn’t have bothered. Under chassis wash definitely wasn’t done Inspite of paying for. Its ok for a quick blast but I’d not pay for anything more than a £3 wash to clean the dust off again.Updated: now down to a 1 star. It leaves spots everywhere. Thought I’d give it another shot before I see the garage tomorrow so did the £7 wax. For the price you’d get better results doing it yourself at a supermarket for half the price.

I’m not sure if it was the pre jetwash or the autowash i didnt notice it till the next day I havent been in to compain yet ill update when i do. oh and there is still dirt on the roof and back5 months agoI just did a Full wash which cost £11, but to my surprise, a car I got less than two weeks was scratched from their machine. When I showed the man, he insulted me, denied it, and did not even apologise. This is my first time watching cars from them, but I regret it. 7 months agoUsing the wash for 2-3 years, wash is automatic so you get what you pay for. Staff was always pleasant and that was the reason for coming back. Two weeks ago during the wash (usually pay £7-11 per wash, 2-3 times a month) water stopped half way. The car came out with lots of soap on it, I was busy to return, so thought I’ll let them know next time. Today, after speaking to a nice lady and paying for my wash, and informing her of issue, an unpleasant man came out and said “you’ve had good service for years, and now after one bad wash how do you dare to complain”!!! As if we don’t pay for every service!!! EVERY TIME!!! And he rushed off. I presume a new owner or so. All I was expecting was a sorry about that, as the lady admitted due to how busy they were they switched to fast wash so you don’t get a great service, even if you pay for it. In the end they loose a faithful customer and get a bad review. And i loose my favourite car wash. Owner dude, you need to learn how to treat people that pay money for your service, and chill a bit!!! NEVER COMING BACK

WHAT A SCAM!
Went to have my car cleaned and vacuumed and was charged £30.00 for a terribly poor job.
They have 5 tiers to choose from ranging from a basic clean to a premium clean.
I asked for a number 2 but the man was insistent I needed a number 5 which would be £30 instead of the £16.00 I was willing to pay.
He said my car was too ‘dirty’ (it wasn’t) and I needed my car mats cleaning. I said fine, ill have a number 3 then (£18.00) which includes a mat wash. He was absolutely insistent that they couldn’t clean my car at a number 3 and that it would still be dirty at the end. He was arguing about it with me in-front of other customers and being very intimidating and pushy.
I was a young woman by myself and was pushed into saying ok because I was embarrassed and felt that I couldn’t say no as his employees had already started cleaning the inside of my car at this stage.
To make matters worse. The premium 5 valet should include a wax and t-cut which WAS NOT DONE. AND my car was still dirty in areas once they had finished.
My boot wasn’t touched, my dash was dusty and my mats still had some dirt on them!
I will never go here again. What a total waste of money and a horribly intimidating experience.
