Took my car here machine badly damaged it they won’t take any responsibility for it
Very disappointing, been going years and my car was damaged which is OK things happen BUT the operator couldn’t speak good English so very hard to get the procedure from him, he contacted his manager who came quite quickly. His manager didn’t have a clue what to do or company procedures other than fill in the accident form, ok that is standard but didn’t have a clue what happens next. My question “can I take the car to garage to get sorted” reply “I don’t know”, “once form filled in what happens and how long will it be before contact” reply “I don’t know”. Was I supposed to drive off without knowing what is going to happen having only had the new car 6 weeks. I asked him to contact someone that would know, he rang head office but no answer so I got the number rang myself got answer to which I was told that the manager should know the process… to cut a long story short after 2 weeks of messing about on email getting quotes and obviously they picked the very cheapest for the repair I now have car back.. just be Aware of the carry on should your car be damaged also they deny responsibility but will pay out of good will even though they have cctv of the event as the operator and manager looked at and told me how it happened.. apart from that everything tickety boooo.
