Oh, and they overcharged me the first time. £6 wash for an SUV. Gave them £10 and I got £3 change. Don’t care about £1 if you wash it properly. They didn’t.
Never again.. I’ll keep on driving by and I suggest you do the same.
To the muppet saying you “get what you pay for” – other places will wash ALL the panels for the same price. You’re NOT getting what you pay for – that’s the problem.
When you go to takeaway to get a burger and chips, if they forget the chips do you say “That’s OK? They’re grafters..” No. You’re paying for a service, doesn’t matter if it’s 1p or £1000. If a service is advertised and they fail to deliver, they’ve failed to deliver. Simple.

My humble request to everyone please avoid using this car wash as the guy was very rude when asked simple question. He got offended by asking me if mirror will be ok and rudely replied you must read terms and conditions before entering on my premise’s. I was a simple yes or no question. And even threatened me. Wow I loved the customer services skills.

Asked for the ultra hd wash for £12, they did not pre wash my vehicle and did not shampoo the wheels prior to wash !!! This is the 2nd occasion this has happened- when I asked the the man why this was, he said they do not have to do this … strange / lost mine & my wife’s weekly custom
